中文摘要：	摘　要本研究初次构想于中国代表团启程参加哥本哈根联合国气候变化大会的当天，在经济危机背景下，尽管各国在经济利益和环境生存问题之间并没有博弈出什么样的实质结果，实施解决环保问题的力度没有得到有效提升，但我们还是可以看到环境保护正在演变成为全人类的行动，人类在思考环境的管理，并从开始就没有放弃为环保事业进行不懈的努力。近些年，环境的问题日益严重，已经威胁到人类的生存发展。特别是日前日本311地震引起的核电站危机，让人们清醒地认识到环境管理的重要性，并把环境管理同安全管理紧密的联系在一起。因而环境管理被放在了一个前所未有的高度，其重要性也越来越突出。如今在华投资的外资企业越来越多，产生的环境问题相对较多，来自社会的压力开始增多，因此本研究的主要研究对象是在华投资的跨国电子制造企业。环境管理与企业社会责任关系密切，企业社会责任包括经济责任,慈善责任,法律责任,道德责任和环境责任等。对于环境管理，与其最紧密相关的是环境责任和法律责任，因而做好环境管理工作是企业履行了一部分企业社会责任，但如果做不好就是就缺乏企业社会责任感的表现。经过查阅大量的环境管理资料和相关法规和标准，本研究开始进行实质写作阶段，在过程中咨询业内的相关工作人员，根据自身的实际经验，结合实际当中的代表性情况进行归纳、总结和分析。在研究叙述环境管理的历史和回顾国内外的环境管理和企业社会责任文献之后，为了更能理解环境管理的背景对当今企业环境管理状况进行了分析，对跨国企业环境责任进行说明，并对跨国企业的环境管理利益相关者和驱动因素进行了赘述和分析。然后，对跨国电子制造企业的环境管理模式进行了详细的说明，这种模式包括策划，运行控制，监督检测，预防改进等几个方面，并选取跨国电子制造业中典型代表，西迪斯（天津）电子有限公司作为案例研究对象，对其实际当中的环境管理环节进行阐述，并涉及具体管理方式，包括水气声渣的控制和处理，在该章的最后对实际当中的该模式的优缺点进行了评价。最后总结全文，提出本研究的一些粗浅看法，并简要对本研究的特点和局限进行了说明。本研究以环境管理体系和管理学相关工具为理论依据，着重于基于企业社会责任的环境管理进行探讨。由此，我们身边的制造业企业究竟在环境管理事业中背负着哪些社会责任，能为社会贡献到什么程度，应当怎样去做，值得我们深入的研究。本研究将分析和构建相对可行的企业环境管理模式 ，力图使本研究对基于企业社会责任的环境管理有所帮助，并希望本研究能在此问题上从管理学的角度给大家一些启示，为我们自己和已经不堪重负的生存环境贡献自己的微薄之力。
英文摘要：	Abstract I chose the subject to write when China delegation went to Copenhagen to attend international environmental conference. On the background of Economic Crisis, there is no real result worked out between the development and environment protection in the environmental conference and the strength of solving the environmental problem is not enforced. However, we can see the reality is that environmental protection activity is becoming a kind of behavior of the whole human. Man is thinking about the management of environment .Man never gives up the effort of pushing the environmental protection from starting line. The environmental problems is more severely these years, they have threaten the living and development of human. Recently the crisis of nuclear leaded by the great 3.11 earthquake in Japan makes people clear the importance of environment protection and people are aware of the relationship of environment protection and safety. Now the environment protection is in the higher place and it is more important than before. The environment problems are more than before with the increase of the number of foreign company, I regard the environmental management of foreign company in Tianjin area as the object in this thesis. Environmental management is closely associated with corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility includes economic responsibility, charity responsibility, legal responsibility, ethic responsibility and environment responsibility. Considering environmental management, . Considering environmental management, legal responsibility and environment responsibility is most closely related to it. Poor performance on environmental management means lack of corporate social responsibility sense. Besides studying a large quantity of relevant literatures as well as laws and regulations, I consulted many experts in this area. And according to my working experience, I choose typical cases to observe, summarize and analyze. At the beginning, the research introduces the history environmental management, reviews the relevant literatures on environmental management and corporate social responsibility in China and abroad and introduce main and authorized laws and standard of environmental management in the world and China. Secondly, the research studies the current enterprise environmental management, and explains the transnational enterprise social responsibility. This research also studies and analyzes the stake holder and drive elements of transnational enterprise environmental management. Thirdly, this thesis illustrates in details the transnational manufacturing enterprise environmental management model, including plan, process control, supervising, monitoring and inspection, prevention and improvement. Fourthly, the study chooses the typical transnational electronics manufacturing enterprise, CTS (Tianjin) electronics company as research objective. The research explains the process of environmental management, includes water, air, noise and waste management. The research also assesses the strength and weakness of environmental management in that company. At last, all the research are reviewed and the view of this research as well as special point and limitation are stated in this thesis. The theoretical basis is EMS (environment management system and relative administration tools. It lays emphasis on manufacturing enterprise environmental management based on corporate social responsibility. What’s more, we should study on the corporate social responsibility of the manufacturing enterprises around us , how much they should give social. We will analyze and build up the feasible environment management mode, try my best to give the study help on enterprise environmental management based on corporate social responsibility. I hope the thesis can lighten us in terms of the administration on this problem, and give what I can do to the environment which is unable to bear a heavier burden.
