中文摘要：	当今世界，国家之间国力的竞争就表现在大型企业集团之间经营能力的竞争，中国企业“入世”以后和国际上大型跨国公司相比，存在资源分散、集团化运作水平不高等问题。虽然企业合并报表的经营规模很大，但是统一调配资源能力不强，严重制约我国大企业的国际市场竞争能力。我国企业集团在不断的实践中得出，企业集团财务公司这个平台，能够做到集团资源重组和风险有效管控，并且在集团化发展过程中肩负了比以往“资金池”更高的使命。金融股权投资业务是《企业集团财务公司管理办法》中，允许开展的一项业务，其业务的开展有利于财务公司更好地实现产融结合的功能，并提升企业集团整体融投资能力，满足多元化发展，多层次金融服务需求，提高资产收益率。 本文从我国企业集团财务公司的金融股权投资业务入手，通过企业集团财务公司金融股权投资现状分析，以财务公司投资金融机构为视角，提出三个假设，从盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力和成长能力四方面构建绩效评价指标体系，运用经营业绩对比研究法和回归分析法对财务公司金融股权投资绩效进行实证研究并得出结论。对完善财务公司的金融股权投资业务具有非常现实的意义，可以为财务公司的健康发展提供强有力的理论支持，使财务公司更好的为企业集团服务，同时促进我国现代金融体系的构建和完善。 本文主要运用比较分析法、定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法，对财务公司金融股权投资宏观环境、管理理念、内部管理制度等方面提出具体可行性建议。
英文摘要：	Nowadays, the competition of national power between countries is shown in manage competition of large enterprise groups. After entering "WTO", Chinese enterprises compared to the large multinational companies, there are resources scattered, and the group operation level is not high. Although the company's consolidated statements of operations is a large scale, but the unified deployment of resources is not strong, which severely restrict the enterprises competitive ability in international market. Enterprise groups in China continued to come to practice, finding that finance companies can be an effective group resource restructuring and risk control, and they must take a higher mission than just "capital pool" as ever before. Financial equity investment is a business which "enterprise group finance company management approach" allowed, this business is helpful for financial companies to better realize the integration of functions, and improve the group whole financial investment ability, to meet the diversified development, increase the rate of return on assets, multi-level financial service demand. This paper from financial equity investment business of the enterprise group finance companies, analysis financial equity investment current situation to financial investment companies, puts financial institutions as the angle of view, puts forward three hypotheses, from the profit ability, debt paying ability, operation ability and growth ability four aspects to construct the performance evaluation index system of management performance, using the comparative research method and the regression analysis to financial companies and financial equity investment performance research results and conclusion. On the perfection of financial equity investment business has very real sense, to finance the healthy development of the company to provide a strong theoretical support, play finance company better for the enterprise service functions, and promote our country's modern financial system and improve. This paper mainly uses the methods of comparative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, the finance company financial equity investment the macro environment, management philosophy, internal management system so as to put forward specific suggestions.
