| 中文摘要： | 当今城市占用世界陆地面积的2%，却承载着世界人口的50%，使用着世界资源的75%，其物质的高度发展和人类活动的高度聚集，使生态环境的变化非常剧烈。自1992年联合国环境与发展会议以来，城市的可持续发展已成为当今世界城市发展的主题。为使城市成为人类有效利用资源的绿色家园，使城市环境得以改善并给城市发展带来新的生机，人们越来越重视对城市生态环境的研究，不管是国际还是国内，生态城市的建设如火如荼的开展起来。本文从生态城市的内涵和特征着手，研究生态城市的在基础生态学、生态经济学、可持续发展理论以及城市管理理论等方面的理论基础，科学把握生态城市的基本内涵和理论是正确开展生态城市决策、规划和建设等实践活动的根本前提。由于发达国家的城市化水平先于我国，因此其在生态城市建设的探索上有非常值得借鉴的成功经验。本文通过搜集大量的世界生态城市建设和发展的资料，提炼出世界生态城市建设六个方面的的经验和启示。本文的重点部分是理论结合实践，以中国、新加坡两国政府的战略性合作项目，也是世界上第一个国家间合作开发建设的生态城市——中新天津生态城为重点研究对象。总结出生态城建设初期的主要实践经验并对其未来的发展提出两点展望。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Today's cities occupy 2% of the world's land area, but carries 50 percent of the world's population, use 75% of the world's resources, its highly developed material and human activities are highly clustered, so that changes in the environment is very intense. Since 1992, since the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, the city's sustainable development has become the subject of urban development in today's world. To make effective use of human resources, urban green homes, improve the urban environment and urban development to bring new life, there is growing emphasis on the study of urban ecological environment, whether international or domestic, eco-city construction in full swing carried out together. In this paper, the meaning and characteristics of eco-city started to study the eco-city in basic ecology, ecological economics, sustainable development and urban management theory and other theoretical aspects of the theoretical basis for scientific understanding of the basic content and eco-city in ecological theory is correct urban decision-making, planning and construction practice the basic premise. As the level of urbanization in developed countries before our country, so the eco-city construction in the exploration of a very successful experience is worth.
