中文摘要：	随着经济全球化的发展以及我国流通业不断向高度化和纵深化延伸，现代物流已成为世人瞩目的焦点。作为现代物流的主要体现者和承担者——第三方物流的发展和有效运作也日益被政府管理部门、学者和众多的企业管理者所重视。事实上，大力发展第三方物流已经多次被纳入我国的战略发展纲要中。物流业的发展被普遍认为是企业在降低物质消耗、提高劳动生产率的“第三利润源泉”。现代物流业正在世界范围内广泛兴起，我国的物流业刚刚起步，与发达国家相比存在很大差异，特别是第三方物流的发展更是落后。我国大多数第三方物流企业还只是经营传统的运输、仓储、配送等一般性服务，只有极少数企业可提供物流咨询、物流项目等服务。据统计，物流总量中通过第三方物流完成的比例分别为：欧洲76%，美国57%，而我国仅为18%。而在我国加入WTO之后，中国总额巨大，物流市场的年增长速度在30%以上，发展潜力巨大,竞争也逐渐加剧，国际巨头们已经开始抢滩布点，国内物流业面临与国际巨头的激烈竞争。如何借鉴国外第三方物流的成功经验和运作方式，成为很多学者及企业管理者关注的重点。本文特以全球性物流行业的巨头之一——KN公司为案例，通过对供应链管理理论、价值链整合理论、精益物流、物流金融、物流一体化等相关理论的应用，对KN公司的内外部环境进行分析，总结出KN公司现有的运作方式。并根据对KN公司产品生命周期、企业愿景、顾客价值的分析，得出三种完善KN公司现有业务的新的运作方式和实施建议。这些新的运作方式不仅是紧跟物流研究前沿的，更是契合KN公司的发展战略，对于KN公司的战略发展有重要价值和现实意义。通过本论文的研究，不仅希望KN公司通过运作方式的拓展与实施达到满意的效果，同时，亦希望通过对现代物流管理技术的介绍，对于我国传统第三方物流企业的运作方式做到很好的补充和启发,带来传统第三方物流服务企业向现代物流的快速转变，提升其经营管理能力。
英文摘要：	With the development of economic globalization and advancement of China's circulation continued to extend and depth, modern logistics has become a focus of world attention. As the embodiment and major stakeholders of modern logistics, the development and effective operation of third-party logistics attach great importance to government departments, scholars, and many business managers. In fact, to develop third-party logistics has been included in our strategic development program many times. Logistics industry is generally considered to be "the third profit source" that in reducing consumption of materials, increasing labor productivity. Modern logistics industry is world-wide rise, but China’s logistics industry has just started, it’s compared with developed countries, there is a big difference. Especially the development of third-party logistics is lagging behind. Most third-party logistics companies in China operate only traditional transportation, warehousing, distribution and other general services, only a very small number of companies providing logistics consulting, project logistics and other services. According to statistics, the total proportions of third-party logistics are as follows: Europe 76%, U.S. 57%, while China is only 18%. In China's accession to WTO, the total amount of China logistics is very huge, the annual growth rate of the logistics market is more than 30%, and has great potential. Competition gradually increased, the international giants have begun to seize the distribution, and the domestic logistics industry is facing with the international giants of the competition. How to learn from the successful experience of foreign third-party logistics which is many scholars and business managers are focus on. With such a case KN company which is one of the global logistics industry leader, and through the theory of supply chain management, value chain integration, lean logistics, logistics finance, integration logistics, and other related theories, author analyzed the internal and external environment of KN Company, conclude the current operation mode of KN company. Then based on the analysis of product life cycle,business vision, customer value, the author provides three new operation modes and the advice of implementation. These new works are not only following the latest logistics research, but also fit the KN Company’s development strategy which brings up significant values and reality development. Through the research of this thesis, the author hopes not only the KN Company can achieve satisfactory results by the implementation of the new mode of operation, but also hope this article can bring some good complement and inspires to the Chinese traditional third-party logistics companies and can brings the traditional third-party logistics services company's rapidly develop come to be the modern logistics company, and enhance their management capabilities.
