| 中文摘要: | 我国的风电产业在最近几年得到了快速发展,已经成为世界风电大国。在风机主要部件已基本实现国内配套的情况之下,风机主控系统自主配套能力较弱,是风电设备制造业中最薄弱的环节。高质量的产品源于高质量的设计,如果在设计阶段存在缺陷,即使后续工作非常努力,也难以制造出高质量的产品。因此,加强对而风机主控系统设计的质量管理研究,对保障和提高产品的最终质量有着重要意义。 本文对风机主控系统设计质量管理进行了研究,以理论联系实际的方法,对设计的各阶段进行了详细的分析,试图为风机主控系统设计全过程的管理提供一些依据和方法,提高产品的设计质量。 本文以风机主控系统的设计过程为研究对象,首先,对质量管理的相关理论进行了回顾,分析了风机主控系统设计质量管理的特点,找出了影响风机主控系统设计质量的各个要素,构建了风机主控系统设计质量管理的模型。其次,对风机主控系统设计各阶段的控制点进行了分析,分别从设计的质量计划、质量控制和质量保障三个方面进行了详细的论述。然后,结合风机主控系统设计质量管理在R公司的案例,研究了质量管理在具体企业中的实施过程,论证了如何通过质量管理来提高设计质量和产品质量,以满足企业战略发展的需要,从而实现企业利益的最大化,提高企业的竞争力。最后,对全文进行了总结,并提出了进一步研究的方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The wind power industry of China has been developed rapidly in recent years, and China has become one of the top countries in wind industry. Most parts of wind turbines can be made in China now, but the self-supporting capacity of main control system is feeble, and it’s also the weakest point in wind power industry chain. High quality products come out from high quality designing, as flaws existing in the design stage, even if you work rather hard in further steps, it is fairly difficult to make high quality products. Therefore, it is of great significance that strengthen quality management research of main control system design which is to guarantee and improve the final products quality. This thesis is mainly to research quality management of wind turbine main control system. All the steps of design is analyzed in detail with theory and practice, and attempt to provide several gist and methods to the management of the whole stages of main control system designing, and enhance the design level as well. The study object is designing process of wind turbine main control system in the thesis. First of all, we review the related theory of quality management, analyze characters of quality management of main control system, then find out influent factors of main control system designing quality, and establish the model of quality management of main control system designing. Secondly, we analyze three key controlling points of all steps of main control system designing, which are quality planning, quality controlling and quality assurance. Combined with the case of quality control management in enterprise of R, we study the actualizing process of quality management in enterprise, and how to enhance designing quality and products quality by improving quality management to meet the strategy of enterprise development what can realize the maximum profit of enterprise and rise up company’s competition. Finally, the thesis summarize and bring forward the direction of further research. | |
