中文摘要:贸易的出现源于商品交换。由于各地资源的异同性,货物在不同的地方流通,形成了最初的商品交易,随着商品交易地域性不断扩大,国际贸易应运而生。中国作为贸易大国一直影响着世界经济的格局。1947年的《关税与贸易总协定》,大大推动了世界经济一体化的进程。新中国成立后大力发展国民经济,国有企业应形势的发展不断壮大,成为我国国民经济的支柱。随着经济的不断发展,市场经济体制代替计划经济体制后,国有企业暴露出很多问题,受到越来越大的挑战。为了在激烈竞争中得生存求发展,国有企业必须摒弃自身的诸多缺点适应外部环境变化。中国中化集团公司成立于1950年,是国家首批建立的专门从事进出口贸易的国有企业。本文探讨的主角中化天津有限公司是其成员单位,从其实际出发进行企业发展战略资源的研究,力图通过战略资源的识别和开发提升企业竞争力为今后可持续健康发展寻求道路。本文首先回顾了战略资源相关理论,在结合中化天津有限公司的发展历程、现状及未来战略目标要求后通过对其内外部环境分析、业务领域调整必要性的阐述来寻求核心竞争力的构建资源从而找到做大做强的发展道路。要形成核心竞争力就必须深层次识别各种战略资源,通过比较对比找到不足和缺失。而后寻找获得和提升应有战略资源的可行路径。通过本文的分析和探索,希望有助于那些和中化天津有限公司同样性质、背景的贸易企业。在金融危机过后的低迷市场中竞争更加激烈,生存更加困难,求生存要发展只有正确分析、不断改进才能助于战略资源的提升,从而提升企业的综合竞争力。相信本文的观点和具体主张,能够为贸易型企业基于战略资源的开发与运用以及今后的发展战略实施等工作起到一定的参考作用。关键词:中化天津公司 业务领域调整 纵向一体化 战略资源 
英文摘要:The trade comes from goods exchange. Because of the difference of the resource in the world, goods exchange appeared in different places. That’s the first trade by commodities. With the area expansion, international trade had been beginning. China is one of major trading nations who has affected the pattern of world economy. In 1947 GATT(General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade)was effected which greatly promoted the process of the integration of the world economy. The development of national economy had been the first mission after the establishment of New China. With the development of situation, state-owned enterprises had grown and become the mainstay of the country. However, with the transformation from planned economy to market economy, many problems had appeared in state-owned enterprises. Their survival and development faced more and more threats and challenges. In the violent competition state-owned enterprises must overcome their disadvantages. Incorporated in 1950, Sinochem Group mainly engaged in import and export who was the first pilot under all state-owned enterprises. Sinochem Tianjin Co., LTD is a member enterprise of Sinochem Group and it is the discussion in this thesis. In researching the strategic resources of an enterprise realistically, we could find a sustainable development way to improve the competitiveness for enterprises. Firstly, the thesis reviews the theory of strategic resources. Fully consideration to the development process, status quo and the necessity of readjustment in business of Sinochem TJ, some resources are found to enhance the core capability of enterprise. We must identify the strategic resources carefully and deeply in order to point shortcomings. Through acquiring and improving strategic resources Sinochem TJ could form the core capability of enterprise. On the analysis and research this thesis will hopefully give some companies that are same as Sinochem TJ the knowledge and understanding. Especially after the financial crisis market competition is becoming fiercer and enterprises survival will be more difficult. In the final analysis, it is only correct analysis and continuous improvement that the strategic resources can be enhance thus enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
