中文摘要:SC公司是一家全国化房地产综合服务企业,成立于1994年,具有房地产经纪机构一级资质。SC公司在成立的10年期间呈现良好的发展态势,在行业内产生了一定的影响力,但是随着近些年来中国房地产市场和行业的波动,SC公司面临的外部环境变化日益复杂,企业渐渐不能够适应市场环境的变化,在战略、制度等方面出现了决策失误,导致企业面临了巨大的风险,形成发展倒退的局面。本文以SC公司为实际案例,结合对中国房地产市场和房地产经纪行业的环境变化分析,对SC公司的企业发展历程进行介绍,并详细说明公司企业文化形成过程以及企业文化现状,提出企业文化在企业发展中存在的问题,并进一步剖析企业文化产生这些问题的原因。并运用麦肯锡7S理论模型以及企业文化变革理论,提出SC公司企业文化变革的对策。通过对SC公司企业文化变革的研究,本文得出以下结论:共同价值观是企业文化的核心,对公司的企业文化具有决定性的影响;企业文化建设工作需要理论基础;企业领导者价值观决定企业文化性格,决定企业发展方向;企业文化与企业经营活动的各个管理要素相互影响、相互支持;企业文化建设是一个长期的工作,不仅仅是口号式管理和短期效应,需要制度的保障,通过日常点滴实践产生作用;企业文化不是一成不变的,需要根据市场和环境的变化对企业文化进行变革。 
英文摘要:Founded in 1994, as a nationwide comprehensive services company in the real estate industry, SC company holds the qualification of class A in the field of real estate broker. In its first 10 years, SC company showed a brilliant state of development and had a strong influence in the real estate industry. However, as the fluctuation comes into the real estate market and industry in current years, the changes in the external environment becomes increasingly more complex, to which, SC company can not acclimatize itself. Mistakes appear in strategy, system and other aspects of the company, which makes the company face huge risks and begin to retrograde. Taking the SC company as an example, based on the analyzing on the changes in the environment of the real estate industry and market, this article introduces the development process of the company, detailedly showed the forming procedure and the actuality of the company's enterprise culture. Then this article carries out the problems of the company's enterprise culture in the process of its development, and further, tries to find out the causes of these problems and brings out the strategies for its culture transformation. BY analyzing the transformation of SC company's culture, this article sets out the following conclusion: As the core of the enterprise culture, the shared sense of value has an determined influence to the enterprise culture. The characteristic of the enterprise culture and the direction of company's development is determined directly by the leader's sense of worth. The enterprise culture and management activities affect and support each other in every aspect. As a kind long-term work, the construction of enterprise culture is not only a slogan management or short-term influence. It needs the guarantee from the system and comes into effect through daily practice. The enterprise culture is not settled but should be transformed based on changes of the economic environment and the market.
