| 中文摘要: | S公司几十年前只是一个小作坊,从事一些简单的加工作业,而如今已经发展成为一家多元化的世界级知名公司,世界众多公司都在学习、效仿他的成功经验,他的成长经历耐人寻味。本文将针对S公司的价值活动体系进行研究,进而推论出S公司的持续竞争优势,并加以梳理分析。本文从战略管理的视角出发,采用历史研究、概念分析、比较研究、系统分析等研究方法,进行了以下研究: 1、绪论:首先介绍下本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法、研究思路以及研究框架,继而为文章的后续部分做了铺垫。 2、相关理论回顾:对价值链、竞争优势与竞争策略等理论进行研究回顾,进而构建本文研究的理论基础。 3、S公司战略主题识别与价值活动分析:本章将甄选出S公司的战略主题,并对辅助战略主题的价值活动进行分析。 4、S公司持续竞争优势的分析:基于上一章对价值活动体系的研究分析结果,进而推论出S公司的持续竞争优势,并对竞争优势进行分析。 5、借鉴意义:基于S公司的成功经验,指出我国企业可以采纳的借鉴意义。 S公司同样是来自于发展中国家的企业,同样面临起点不高、缺乏资金和技术的窘境,但却能够取得如此辉煌的成绩,其经验值得我们深思,我国企业应该认真学习借鉴S公司的成功经验,取长补短,逐渐缩短与世界知名公司的差距并继而实现超越。 | |
| 英文摘要: | A few years ago, S company was only a small workshop doing simple manufacturing. But now, it has developed into a world- famous diversified company. Its successful experience, which is worth studying, is learning and imitating by many companies. This paper will analyze company’s value activities system, and concludes its competitive sustainable advantages, and sort out conclusion This paper is written from strategic management theory, using analysis methods as historical research, conceptual analysis, comparative study, and system analysis, making the below analysis: 1, Introduction: This chapter introduces to this research background, significance, research contents, research methods, research ideas and research framework, paves the subsequent parts of the paper. 2, Theory review: To build the theoretical basis of this study, this chapter reviews and make research for the value chain, competitive advantage and competitive strategy theories. 3, S company strategic themes identified and value activities analysis: This chapter selects the strategic theme of S company, and analyzes the value activities which assisting the strategic themes. 4, Competitive sustainable advantages analysis of S company: Basing on the analysis conclusion of chapter 3, this chapter infers and analyzes the Competitive sustainable advantages of S company. 5, Reference: Basing on the successful experience of S company, this chapter draws on what Chinese companies can learn from S company. S Company was also from developing countries, and it faced with the same problems such as starting point is not high, lack of funds and technology, but it also makes such brilliant achievements. Its experience is worth our serious consideration. China's enterprises should seriously learn from the S's successful experiences, learn from each other, and gradually reduce the gap with world-renowned companies and try to pass them. | |
