中文摘要：	摘 要随着全球经济一体化的进一步发展，在目前的国际市场竞争中，企业与企业间的单体竞争正在逐渐演化为一个企业的供应链与另一个企业的供应链之间的整体竞争。谁能更好的识别和控制供应链的风险，降低风险对供应链造成的损失，从而提高整个供应链的反应速度和运作效率，实现上下游企业的共赢，谁就能够争取到更多的竞争优势。供应链风险识别和控制是供应链管理风险管理的重要方面。一般的供应链管理研究如何提升供应链的绩效；而供应链风险识别和控制则从风险角度入手，研究如何识别和控制可能对供应链正常运行造成负面影响的不利因素，通过提高供应链的可靠性来保证供应链目标的实现。本论文共分为六章，第一章首先介绍了论文的研究背景和研究意义，然后回顾了国内外供应链风险管理的现状，最后介绍了论文的研究方法和主要内容。第二章首先回顾了供应链及供应链管理、风险及风险管理理论，进而引出供应链风险及供应链风险管理的理论，最后介绍了医疗器械行业法规GMP和国际标准ISO13485对于供应链风险管理的要求。第三章简要介绍了诺和诺德制药有限公司的供应链管理，供应链风险管理流程和供应链风险的识别和评估。第四章简要介绍了诺和诺德制药有限公司对于供应链风险控制的方法。第五章提出了对于诺和诺德供应链风险控制的改善方案，并评估了改善方案的效果。第六章陈述了本论文的结论，不足与创新之处，并对于今后的改进方向做了一个展望。论文以供应链风险管理，风险识别和控制理论为基础，分析了诺和诺德制药有限公司供应链风险识别和控制的现行方式，如验证控制和变更控制。并且进而分析了诺和诺德供应链风险控制存在的一些问题，如验证控制是否系统严谨的问题。作者结合在诺和诺德地实际工作，提出了对于诺和诺德风险控制的改善建议—系统化验证，并且对于改善方案的实施作出了评估。改善方案在诺和诺德医疗器械供应链中的不合格品报告数量，收货数量准确率，收货时间准确率三个方面起到了积极的改善效果。由于我国供应链风险管理研究还处于初级阶段，以及本人水平及精力有限，本文尚存多处不足，有待于今后继续探讨和改进。关键词：供应链 风险 供应链风险识别和控制 供应链风险管理
英文摘要：	Abstract Along with the further development of global economic integration，the competition among enterprises is gradually evolved into the competition between the whole supply chains of enterprises. The enterprises that can indentify and control the risks of supply chain，reduce the losses caused by the risks and thereby improving the reacting speed and operation efficiency of the entire supply chain will be able to gain more competitive advantages. The identification and control of supply chain risk are key aspects of supply chain risk management. While most of the studies of supply chain management focus on how to improve the performance of supply chains，the identification and control of supply chain risk starts with analyzing supply chain risks，and study how to identify and control the adverse factors which may cause negative impacts to the operation of supply chains，and therefore ensure the supply chain goals through enhancing the reliability of supply chains. This paper consists of 6 sections，the first section introduces the research background and significance，then reviews the status of domestic and foreign supply chain risk management studies and finally introduces the research methods and main content of this paper. The second section reviews the theories of supply chain and supply chain management，risk and risk management，and then supply chain risk management，finally describes the requirements of supply chain risk management from medical device industry regulations GMP and ISO13485. The third section briefly introduces the supply chain management, supply chain risk management processes and supply chain risk identification and assessment of Novo Nordisk Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The fourth section briefly introduces the supply chain risk control and mitigation methods of Novo Nordisk Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The fifth section introduces an approach to improve Novo Nordisk’s supply chain risk control and mitigation, and the effectiveness of the approach. The sixth section states the conclusion，innovations and further study direction of this dissertation. Utilizing the supply chain risk management, supply chain risk identification and mitigation theories, Author explains the current approach of Supply Chain risk identification and mitigation in Novo Nordisk，such as Validation and Change Control. And then, Author identified the problems in Novo Nordisk Validation approach. With the practical project experience, Author raised and implemented an improving plan in Novo Nordisk durable device component localization project. The plan improves the performance on 3 aspects, Quantity of Non-Conformity Report, Delivery Time and Quantity.
