| 中文摘要： | 质量管理是项目管理的核心要素之一，包括项目管理过程的质量管理和项目产出成果的质量管理两方面。对于定制产品而言，由于是根据客户要求定制，符合客户需求就是项目管理的最终目标，而生产和安装是整个过程中最重要的环节。将客户需求转化为项目需求，将项目需求转化为产品功能，同时也是产品生产阶段质量保证的前提。质量管理包括质量规划、质量保证和质量控制三个方面。质量控制侧重于确保质量检测过程和结果满足质量标准。在围栏定制产品的项目中，生产和安装这两个阶段质量控制的结果将对项目成果起着决定性的作用。因此，研究生产及安装阶段的质量控制并寻求改进和提高其质量水平的工具和方法具有很重要的意义。本论文的目的就在于寻求围栏定制产品项目质量控制的有效方法，同时，在剖析了现行的项目质量控制方法特色的基础上，通过分析此类项目独特性对质量控制的影响程度，从而使管理者了解到项目全过程中质量控制情况，使其决策方法更为科学。本文运用理论文献和案例结合的方法对贝塔公司围栏定制产品项目进行剖析，首先回顾了项目质量管理中与生产和安装阶段相关的一般理论以及贝塔公司内部项目质量控制相关标准和理论工具，然后分析了围栏定制产品项目全过程的各种活动，重点聚焦于项目生产和安装阶段的质量控制，基于贝塔围栏定制产品项目的整个流程，通过深入分析围栏定制产品项目在生产和安装阶段存在的质量问题，剖析其产生因素，综合项目质量控制相关理论和工具方法，提出质量控制保障方案，并构建生产阶段和安装阶段的项目质量保障的目标检测体系，得出本文的结论，质量控制的关键在于流程清晰，责任明确，论文对贝塔公司和围栏行业的厂家都是一个良好的借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Quality management is the core factor in project management, it include the process and result project management. Regarding the customized product, the final target of the project is to meet the need of the customer, manufacturing and installation are very important process of the project. Transferring the customer need into project need, transferring the project into the product function can ensure the project quality. Quality management includes quality planning, quality insurance and quality control. The quality control focus on the quality checking process and result can meet the quality standard, Manufacturing and installation quality control result is link to the project result on the fencing customized project. Therefore, it is very important to study on the quality control and find the way and tooling to improve the quality level. The purpose of this thesis is to find the right way to control the quality of fencing customized product. At same time, base on the analysis of the quality control feature and its affecting level, the management people can understand the whole process of quality control and ensure the decision much more effective. This article takes the example of BETAFENCE quality control related standard and tooling, and make the analysis of activity in the overall process of fencing product, and focus on the quality control. Base on the BETAFENCE process, make the analysis of the quality problem and reason, use the theory and tooling, present the improving proposal, and build up the quality control system. The article can help the fencing manufacturer to realize the quality control is the key point of the production. | |
