| 中文摘要: | 随着社会日新月异的发展,企业之间竞争日渐激烈,除了产品技术和服务创新之外,人力资源成为了企业发展中尤为重要的组成部分。企业竞争,归根结底就是人的竞争。但是,市场化改革的不断深入,很多企业的人力资源管理问题日益突出,特别是对于员工的激励水平较低,从而带来了各种问题,人员责任心不强、工作效率低等,极大的降低了公司对外的竞争力。如何提高员工的激励水平,如何吸引人才,是企业经营者必须面对的问题。本文通过对天津港联盟国际公司员工激励管理的现状和人力资源管理制度中现存的问题进行分析,结合相关的激励理论知识,翻阅了大量相关的资料,并进行调查,指出员工激励问题产生的原因,并针对存在的这些问题,提出了一些可行的建议,以达到改善员工激励水平的目的。通过调查,该公司员工激励水平较低,主要由于不合理的薪酬体系、形式化的绩效考核、模糊的职业生涯发展、单一的激励方式以及有待完善的企业文化体系等。本文将理论与管理实践相结合,通过案例分析与问卷调查的研究方法,对天津港联盟国际公司的激励管理问题进行分析,并从薪酬、绩效考核、企业文化、职业发展等方面为公司提供了一些改善员工激励现状的建议,以期给企业的经营管理者带来一定启发。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the society developed,companies’ competition become more and more crucial. Besides the technology of the product and service innovation, human resource becomes an important factor during company’s growth. But with the market reform going deeper, many companies’ human resource management problems raises, especially the low level staff’ motivation, which lead to serious problems, such as lack of responsibility and low efficiency, leading a negative effect on companies’ development. How to promote the staff’s performance and attract talented personnel is an vital question companies’ manager must face to. This paper study the situation of Tianjin Port Alliance International Container Terminal, find the disadvantage of the human resource management, analyze the causes which induce the low-level staff motivation, that is unfair payment, the simplex motivation method, formalistic performance appraisal, the dim career development and the imperfect organizational culture. Then put forward effective strategies to achieve the goal of improving the situation. Combining method with practice, mixing up case study and questionnaires survey, this paper analyses the management problem in Tianjin Port Alliance International Container Terminal. Finally, it gives some suggestion on the company’s system of payment, performance appraisal, organizational culture and employee’s career development, in order to give some inspiration to the manager. | |
