中文摘要：	随着社会实践的发展和项目管理概念的广泛传播，项目管理的思想越来越为人们所接受，相关理论研究不断发展，项目沟通管理也逐渐引起人们的重视。然而，由于其无形性和难把握性，在实践中其受重视程度远不如时间、成本和质量这样的硬性指标。另外，目前对项目沟通管理方面的研究比较零散，多从沟通方法和沟通技巧等方面讨论，缺少整体和系统思维。在信息经济时代，沟通管理不再是次要的或者是无关项目全局的局部性、部门性质的技巧，而是越来越多地表现为就是项目管理本身，整个项目管理过程就是沟通管理的过程。沟通贯穿于项目管理的各个方面和所有阶段，因此沟通管理也要从整体的角度来把握。本文针对上述背景和理论研究现状，通过查阅大量文献资料和对项目实践经验的总结，得出了基于知识领域和生命周期的项目沟通管理的思想。在对项目管理、沟通管理和项目沟通管理方面相关理论回顾的基础之上，本文从横向角度分析了基于项目管理各知识领域的沟通管理，论述了各领域中如何利用沟通管理更好地完成项目管理；然后从纵向角度分析了基于项目生命周期的沟通管理，并论述了项目各阶段中沟通的不同特点和要点。第五章做了一个应用实例研究，将基于知识领域和生命周期的项目沟通管理思想用到了外企J 在华建厂项目中。本文最后总结了论文的主要研究成果和创新，并指出了论文的不足和未来的研究方向。本文综合运用了文献研究法、实证分析法等研究方法来开展研究。希望本文提出的基于知识领域和生命周期的项目沟通管理思想及相关论述能对项目管理同行有所启示，在项目管理中充分重视沟通管理，并在进行沟通管理时进行全方面的思考，更好更顺利地完成项目目标。
英文摘要：	With the development of social practice and the widespread dissemination of the concept of project management，project management thinking is more and more accepted and more and more relevant theories are developed. Project communication management has gradually attracted people's attention. However，as it is intangible and difficult to grasp，much less importance are attached to it than to the rigid targets such as time，cost and quality in practice. In addition，Current research on project communication management is fragmented，mostly about methods and skills，but lack of a holistic and systematic thinking. In the era of information economy，communication management is no longer a minor skill of a part or a department，but more and more the project management itself. The entire project management process is the process of communication. Communication exists in all aspects and all stages of project management，therefore communication management should be taken hold from a holistic perspective. Based on the above theoretical background and research status，the author developed the theory of Project Communication Management Based on Knowledge Areas and Project Life Cycle，through a lot of research on previous studies and thesis and work experience of project management practice. After reviewing some relevant researches and studies on project management，communication management and project communication management, this thesis discussed about project communication management based on all knowledge areas and all project stages separately, and then studied on how to apply this theory to a foreign company’s project in building new facility in China. The last chapter summaries the major research harvest and creation of this thesis, and indicates the future study direction basing on insufficiency of this thesis. The methods of researching literature, empirical analysis were used in the thesis studying. I hope this discussion will have implications for project management peers, so that in project management they can attach more importance to project communication management and use the theory of Project Communication Management Based on Knowledge Areas and Project Life Cycle，to help them manage and complete their projects and achieve project objectives more successfully.
