中文摘要：	近年来，随着中国改革开放的脚步的加快，中国的经济得到了飞速发展。经贸领域的发展大大带动了的港口物流市场的日益繁荣，但同时新形势下的港口物流需求也在发生着微妙的变化。如何适应港口物流市场的演变，把握机遇、迎接挑战，制定行之有效的发展战略，成为摆在众多传统港口物流企业面前的课题。本文以胜狮物流天津公司为研究对象，并以该公司所处的天津港为港口物流环境基础。首先，通过对中国港口物流环境的宏观分析（PEST），及结合国际、国内相关发展经验作出国内港口物流产业的升级和演变分析，找出传统港口物流企业所面临的现实经营问题及其成因。然后，针对企业自身作出内部环境分析和SWOT分析。文章的第四、第五章，基于对目标企业的内外部环境分析，深入论述了胜狮物流天津公司为适应产业演变所应采取的可持续发展战略对策，即集中差异化竞争战略和远期的纵向一体化战略。文中利用战略管理大师迈克尔.波特先生的竞争战略分析理论和相关分析工具对战略的生成进行了详细的分析。并就胜狮物流天津公司的自身特点，对战略执行与控制进行了深入论述。最后，文章提出由于本文撰写的时间恰逢国际经济风云变幻的动荡时期，很可能发生继2008年经济危机后的二次危机。所以，提及在实施文章提出的战略过程中，应采取积极地战略控制，以应对产业环境的随时变化。本文综合运用文献数据、实践调研等方法，对研究问题主体展开研究论证，以保证研究成果的科学性。由于研究对象具有港口物流企业的一般性质，决定了本文研究结果不仅对本企业发展有所帮助，同时对其它同行企业也具有一定的指导性和辅助意义。
英文摘要：	With the fast progress of China’s reform and open door policy, China’s economy has made remarkable development during the past 30 years. This has driven bloom of China’s port logistics desires, and also brought challenges to the port logistics industry. How to adapt to the industry evolution and handle the challenges properly, hence, to make the right development strategy, has become the top issue for China’s traditional port logistics companies for this second. Research object of this thesis is Singamas Logistics Tianjin Company, and it takes Tianjin port as the port logistics environment base. Firstly, through PEST、the 5 forces、SWOT analysis and other supporting researches, the thesis gives the main challenges that Chinese port logistics companies are facing and why such industry environment comes. Secondly, in Chapter 4 and 5, by using the well-known “competition strategy analysis” which raised by the famous strategy management master – Mr. Michael Porter, the thesis focuses on the research of competition strategy and long term development strategy for the objective company. And finally, comes to the conclusion that the most applicable competition strategy is concentrated differentiation and long term development strategy is vertical integration. Meantime, the thesis discussed how to ensure good performance of the given strategy. At last, as the world and China’s domestic economy are both facing big difficulties during composing of this thesis, the thesis strengthened that active and flexible control during the implement of the strategy must be applied to reduce risks. To ensure the scientific nature, this thesis uses the literature analysis, practical research and other discussing methods. Because the research object has the general nature of the port logistics companies, it determines that the results of this study not only help the development of Singamas Logistics Tianjin Company, but also for other companies in the same industry may also have some guidance and specific helps.
