| 中文摘要: | 新产品开发是保持竞争优势和维持企业生命力的根本原因之一。尽管有时企业对研发投入巨大,而成功推出新产品的几率却很小,这将意味着在这些失败的产品开发过程中浪费了很多资源。同时,产品质量三包和召回问题,更多的也是源于产品设计原因。这些都会对公司的声誉造成难以弥补的影响。本文针对以上问题,以农业机械行业的某跨国D公司为例,结合门径管理理论,对D公司的新产品开发流程进行分析。然后通过模糊德尔菲问卷分析,筛选合适的六西格玛设计(DFSS)的工具,最后基于DFSS,完善现有流程,建立适用于农业机械制造公司的新产品开发流程模型。其目的就是在新产品开发的源头就考虑到预防并解决将来在生产中和顾客使用中可能出现的问题,以达到节约成本、全面提高质量以及提高顾客满意度的目的。同时本文也预计到,基于DFSS的新产品开发流程的效果显现需要很长时间。对农业机械制造类型的跨国公司来讲,需要三至五年的时间才能真正看到较好的效果。因此流程的效果分析一方面是通过查看已取得的DFSS单独工具实施的个案效果,另一方面是对公司长远经营,全面实施DFSS的一种预测。预测的效果分析,可以从成本效益、质量效益和客户满意度三个主要方面进行评价。成本方面可以评价新产品的研发成本和产品成本;质量效益可以评价产品的制造、装配、检验等方面质量统计分析;客户满意度可以通过三包反馈、满意度调查以及产品销量体现出来。 | |
| 英文摘要: | New product development is one of the fundamental reasons to maintain the competitive advantage and keep the vitality of enterprises. Although sometimes the investment of companies on R&D was tremendous, the quantities of successful launching of new products were relatively few. It means the low efficiency of these NPD process. Mean well, new product design issues are always be the root cause of warranty and product improvement process. To eliminate the issues which mentioned above, the paper took one Agriculture equipement manufacturing company D as the example, analyzed the new product development process with Stage-Gate system process, and selected effective DFSS tools through the questionnaire analysis by Fuzzy Dephi Method. The paper also built a new product development process model based on DFSS and current new product development proecess to enhance the efficiency of new product development of company D. Its purpose is to prevent and resolve the issues in the early new product development, to achieve the cost reduction, improve quality level and customer satisfaction. The effect analysis of NPD process can evaluate the application of individual DFSS tool which has been implemented in company. The other way is to predict the result from three aspects: cost, quality and Customer satisfaction. For example: the cost of NPD project and product; the quality of manufacturing, assembly and inspection; warranty, customer survey and sales data analysis, etc. | |
