中文摘要:本文运用竞合理论对减速机企业竞合策略进行分析研究。 首先,介绍论文的背景及对减速机企业研究的意义,回顾竞合理论的提出和竞合理论研究的主要内容,并且根据减速机企业在减速机行业内所处的地位和各个减速机企业本身的特点进行战略分组,分为领先群、中间群和小企业群三个战略群组。 其次,分析减速机企业的价值网,并且详细论述了减速机企业价值网中的四个核心要素——客户、竞争者、互补者和供应商的特点,同时分析了减速机企业传统价值链的不足,并且把减速机企业价值链与减速机企业价值网进行了比较,发现对减速机企业价值网的研究对减速机企业更具有指导意义。 再次,在前一章分析的基础上,针对减速机企业价值网中的四个要素进行竞合策略分析,分两章对减速机企业的竞合策略进行分析研究,包括横向竞合策略分析和纵向竞合策略分析。其中横向竞合策略分析了减速机企业竞争者竞合策略和互补者竞合策略,在竞争者竞合策略中,先介绍了减速机企业不同战略分组中的竞争者以及竞争者的特点,然后根据竞争者的特点针对三个不同战略分组进行客户竞合策略分析;针对互补者,同样先分析了互补者的特点,再根据互补者的特点进行三个战略分组的互补者竞合策略研究。纵向竞合策略分析了减速机企业客户竞合策略和供应链竞合策略,在客户竞合策略中,分析了客户的需求和特征,然后根据客户的特点针对三个不同战略分组进行客户竞合策略研究,同样,对减速机企业供应链进行分析之后,研究了减速机企业不同战略群组的供应链竞合策略。 最后,对本文进行了回顾总结和研究展望。 
英文摘要:This thesis describes the study on co-opetition strategy for gear unit enterprises by co-opetition theory. Firstly, the background of the thesis and the significance of study on gear unit industry are introduced, the relevant co-opetition theories including the theory producing and main meanings are reviewed, and after analyzing the main elements and the characteristics of gear unit enterprises, the gear unit enterprises are divided into three strategic business group including the leading group, the middle group and small group. Secondly, the enterprise value net is introduced, and the four core elements including customer, competitor, supplier and complement are analyzed, the disadvantages of traditional value chain for gear companies are introduced, and the difference between the traditional value chain and value net was compared, it is obviously that the study on value net of gear unit enterprises is very meaningful. Thirdly, the horizontal co-opetition strategy and the vertical co-opetition strategy are analyzed according to the study results of value net of gear unit enterprises. The competitor and complement are studied in horizontal co-opetition strategy, after analysis for the characteristics of competitor and complements, the competitor co-opetition strategy and the complement co-opetition strategy are studied according to the three strategy groups. The customer and supplier are studied in vertical co-opetition strategy, through the study on requirements and characters of customer and the capability of supplier, the customer co-opetition strategy and the supplier chain co-opetition strategy are analyzed in vertical co-opetition strategy. Finally, the thesis is summarized and the further study is discussed.
