中文摘要：	当前市场竞争日趋激烈，在争夺市场份额的同时，企业也开始苦练内功，不断提高内部管理水平，着眼于打造企业自身的价值链。ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning企业资源计划）系统在此大背景下广泛的被运用到企业中，众多企业通过ERP项目的实施整合了企业资源，实现了信息共享，促进了企业的发展。但也有数量众多的企业在实施ERP的过程中遇到了各种各样的障碍，有些企业没能很好的解决出现的问题，最终使ERP项目失败，并为此付出了惨重的代价。同时有些企业却能够对症下药，解决实施过程中遇到的问题，从而取得了项目的成功上线。不同的公司在ERP项目实施的过程中遇到的障碍虽然不尽相同，但也有类似之处，对于实施过程中产生的问题的分析可以对其他公司ERP的实施起到参考的作用，而研究对于解决问题所采取的措施的讨论，更可以为其借鉴。在ERP系统成为许多公司改善内部管理不二选择的今天， ERP项目实施过程中的障碍与措施是迫切需要研究的课题。本文以奥的斯电梯（中国）有限公司天津工厂的ERP实施项目为研究对象，结合理论研究，通过对参与ERP项目人员的现场访谈，总结了ERP项目实施过程中遇到的障碍，研究了来自于组织与人员方面，数据质量方面以及流程再造等方面的出现的问题，对项目整体进度造成的影响。虽然项目实施困难重重，但是ERP系统在天津工厂仍然可以顺利实施。本分着重分析了天津工厂在此过程中所采取的措施，包括在得到高层领导、更换适合项目经理组建起专业的实施团队后，注重以提高客户满意度为导向的培训，以强化流程重组执行力为导线的沟通，以及以降低数据风险为导线的管理工具和IT工具的使用等措施客服了项目中的困难，解决项目实施中产生的问题。
英文摘要：	With the development of the market, enterprises have begun to improve the internal management level, and focus on building their own value chain. Under this background ERP system has been implemented by many enterprises. With the WEP system the resource enterprise can be integrated and the information can be shared. But there are also a large number of enterprises in a variety of obstacles encountered in the implementation of ERP, some enterprise failed to resolve the problem so that eventually failed ERP project and have paid a heavy price. While some companies are able to prescribe, solve issues encountered in the implementation, so as to achieve the success of the project. The analysis of issues arising in the implementation of other company ERP implementation can function as reference, study and discussion of the measures taken to solve the problem, you can reference. Since many companies want to use the ERP system, obstacles and measures of ERP project implementation is the urgent need for the study of the subject. The research by Otis Elevator (China) ERP implementation project for the study of the Tianjin factory, combined with theoretical study, through on-site interviews participate in ERP project personnel, summed up the obstacles encountered in the implementation of ERP projects, research has come from the organizations and staff, data quality and process reengineering of problems, the impact on the overall progress of the project.
