| 中文摘要: | 当前市场竞争日趋激烈,在争夺市场份额的同时,企业也开始苦练内功,不断提高内部管理水平,着眼于打造企业自身的价值链。ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning企业资源计划)系统在此大背景下广泛的被运用到企业中,众多企业通过ERP项目的实施整合了企业资源,实现了信息共享,促进了企业的发展。但也有数量众多的企业在实施ERP的过程中遇到了各种各样的障碍,有些企业没能很好的解决出现的问题,最终使ERP项目失败,并为此付出了惨重的代价。同时有些企业却能够对症下药,解决实施过程中遇到的问题,从而取得了项目的成功上线。不同的公司在ERP项目实施的过程中遇到的障碍虽然不尽相同,但也有类似之处,对于实施过程中产生的问题的分析可以对其他公司ERP的实施起到参考的作用,而研究对于解决问题所采取的措施的讨论,更可以为其借鉴。在ERP系统成为许多公司改善内部管理不二选择的今天, ERP项目实施过程中的障碍与措施是迫切需要研究的课题。本文以奥的斯电梯(中国)有限公司天津工厂的ERP实施项目为研究对象,结合理论研究,通过对参与ERP项目人员的现场访谈,总结了ERP项目实施过程中遇到的障碍,研究了来自于组织与人员方面,数据质量方面以及流程再造等方面的出现的问题,对项目整体进度造成的影响。虽然项目实施困难重重,但是ERP系统在天津工厂仍然可以顺利实施。本分着重分析了天津工厂在此过程中所采取的措施,包括在得到高层领导、更换适合项目经理组建起专业的实施团队后,注重以提高客户满意度为导向的培训,以强化流程重组执行力为导线的沟通,以及以降低数据风险为导线的管理工具和IT工具的使用等措施客服了项目中的困难,解决项目实施中产生的问题。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of the market, enterprises have begun to improve the internal management level, and focus on building their own value chain.
