| 中文摘要: | 随着经济的不断发展,企业不断扩大自身规模,企业集团化已成为发展的必然趋势。企业集团化发展,也使商业银行对于该类客户的授信呈现出与一般客户不同的信贷风险特征。过去一段时间内,因为集团客户的债务危机给商业银行带来巨大损失,给银行永续经营带来困难。商业银行开始关注集团客户信贷风险,加强对其的管理,但由于经验不足仍存在一些问题。集团客户组织结构复杂,内部关联企业及关联交易众多,财务管理模式多采用由总公司统一管理的方式,从而造成集团客户信贷风险极具隐蔽性,不宜被察觉,一旦爆发将造成巨大损失且牵连众多。商业银行对集团客户信贷风险的管理应从多方面入手,在日常工作中注意收集相关信息,特别关注其内部关联交易,加强对其信贷担保的管控,并加强银行自身信贷风险预警机制,完善信贷审批及风险管理的相关业务流程,明确各部门职责,加强贷后管理,从而力求将集团客户信贷风险降至最低。本文从对信贷风险概念和分类的研究入手,结合集团客户自身特点,指出集团客户信贷风险的特征,同时结合集团客户信贷风险管理的相关理论,指出集团客户信贷风险的表现形式,并针对形成原因进行了相关分析,结合分析结果提出集团客户信贷风险的防范方法。在本文的最后,根据上述理论进行实际案例分析。选取了特定银行的一个集团客户信贷案例,针对该集团客户经营及财务情况进行全方位分析,结合特定银行对其信贷业务的审批和管理流程,指出该银行在集团客户信贷风险防范上存在的问题,并提出解决方案。集团客户信贷风险主要来自于信息不对称,集团客户自身组织架构及经营模式的特性,同时商业银行自身经营管理也存在一定的问题。集团客户信贷风险的防范应注重多方进行协作,对集团客户采取统一授信,减少关联担保,并完善集团客户信贷流程。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of economics, enterprise continuously expands its scale. The enterprise group has become an inevitable trend. The credit risk of group customer shows a different character with single enterprise. In the past years, the debt crisis of group customer has brought huge losses to commercial banks. Commercial banks begin to focus on the credit risk of group customer, but there are still some problems. The organizational structure of group customer is complex. There are many internal transactions and related parties in the group. The head enterprise consolidates the financial management. Because of the above all, the credit risk of group customer is difficult to be aware and its outbreak will bring huge loss. In the daily work, commercial bank should gather relevant information, focus on internal related transactions, strengthen the control of credit guarantee, establish early warning mechanism, improve the credit business procedure, clear the responsibilities of different departments, and strengthen the management after loan drawdown. The study of this paper based on the concept and classification of credit risk. Combined with the relevant theory, this paper indicated the performance of group customer’s credit risk, and proposed the prevention methods. Finally, this paper selected a group customer’s credit case of special bank, analyzed the financial position, indicated the problems of the bank’s control, and proposed a solution method. The credit risk of group customer is caused by the information asymmetry, the characteristics of group customer, and the problems of bank’s management. In order to control the credit risk of group customer, commercial bank should focus on multi-party collaboration, enhance the effectiveness of guarantee, and improve the procedure of group customer’s credit admin. | |
