中文摘要：	目前，现代城市的道路交通问题正困扰着每一个出行的人，同时，交通堵塞，行车速度缓慢，也已成为我国许多成城市普遍存在的突出问题。以北京为例，数据显示，道路畅通时北京市居民平均每天上下班在路上的时间为40.1分钟，道路拥堵时为62.3分钟。与此同时，道路交通带来的机动车污染问题日益严峻，大气污染日益加剧。要从根本上解决以上两个问题，实现城市交通的可持续发展，就势必需要大规模发展城市轨道交通系统，使之成为城市交通的主力军。我国城市轨道交通起步较晚，相关城市轨道交通类企业重技术轻管理现象严重，对企业内部管理，尤其是企业内部流程管理和风险管理方面的研究较少，存在一定空白，本文正是基于此，对城市轨道交通类企业流程管理中的风险控制进行了深入的研究，以期能对相关类企业的实际工作起到借鉴的作用。 全文共有五章组成，第一章为绪论，主要介绍研究的背景、问题的提出、研究的目的与研究意义，以及研究的内容和思路框架。第二章为相关理论的回顾，主要介绍了流程管理和风险控制相关理论，以及流程管理与风险控制内在之间的相互关系。第三章详细阐述了我国城市轨道交通企业流程管理风险控制的必要性，主要从城市轨道交通企业目前的管理现状与流程管理的风险控制对城市轨道交通企业未来发展的重要意义来进行分析。第四章介绍了城市轨道交通企业流程管理中的风险控制研究，对关键业务流程和关键业务控制点进行了分析与总结，并且对流程管理对风险控制的体现进行了阐述。第五章在前文研究的基础上，以重庆轨道交通集团为例，对城市轨道交通企业流程管理中风险控制问题进行了探讨与研究并提出解决方法。 本文的结论为我国城市轨道交通企业必须摒弃以往以技术为中心的管理方式，应注重企业内部流程管理，尤其要加强对于流程管理中的风险控制，切实增强企业的管理水平和风险控制能力，为我国城市交通发展带来新的机遇。 本文涉及城市轨道交通企业、流程管理和风险控制等相关领域，采取理论研究与实际相结合的方式来进行分析和研究。
英文摘要：	Currently，The Cities traffic problems have troubled every people who traveled. At the same time, Traffic jams and slow speed have become ubiquitous prominent problem in many cities in China. Beijing, for example, the data shows that Beijing citizens have spent 40.1 minutes on going to work and going to home in road blocked and 62.3 minutes in traffic jams. At the same time, road traffic problems have brought increasingly serious pollution of motor vehicle. Atmospheric pollution has also become more and more serious. If we want to fundamentally solve two problems above, and Realizing the sustainable development of cities, we should develop the urban rail transit system in large scale. And making it become to main force in cities traffic. Urban rail transit has developed lately in China, more urban rail transit enterprises in China pay more attention to technology but do less study on internal management of company, especially on the company business process management and risk management. For the above reasons, this thesis will thoroughly study the risk control on business process management in rail transit enterprises, and hope to give the reference for practice work of the related company. This thesis consists of fives chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, to introduce the research background, the question proposed, the research purpose and significance, as well as the study on the content and framework. The second chapter is the review of the related theories, mainly introduced the process management and risk control theory, and the intrinsic relationship between process management and risk control. The third chapter expounds the necessity of risk control of business process necessity in our urban rail transit enterprises. For the view of important meaning of the urban rail transit enterprises to analysis the present management status and process management risk control on the cities rail traffic enterprises future development. The fourth chapter introduces the research of the urban rail transit company business risk control on process management, the key business processes and key service control point are analyzed and summarized, and the process management on risk control embodiments is described. The fifth chapter based on the previous study, taking Chongqing rail transportation group as an example, on the urban rail transit business process management risk control problem and research were discussed and proposed solutions. The conclusion of this thesis as the rail transit enterprises in our country must abandon the past to technology as the core of the management, the enterprise should pay attention to the internal process management, especially to strengthen the process management of risk control, and enhance enterprise management level and risk control capability to bring new opportunity to the development of city transportation. This thesis relates to urban rail transit enterprise, process management and risk control and other related fields, to take the theory study and practical ways to combine to carry on the analysis and research.
