中文摘要:摘 要 2011年正在经历继2007年次贷危机之后的全球经济二次探底,美国的失业率高达10%左右,而更为严重的则要属欧洲了,希腊、意大利、西班牙正在遭受国家主权债务危机。全球对于消费品的需求大大低于预期,通货膨胀蔓延全球。在尤为激烈的市场竞争中,企业要想快速占领市场份额,就必须加强对自身运营效率的要求。改善供应链流程、加强库存管理、降低运营成本已经成为当今企业生存的必修课。精益生产、6西格玛已经成为提高企业运营效率的有效手段,而JIT、VMI则是改善供应链库存管理的最佳途径。面对激烈的市场竞争,企业在利用精益生产、6西格玛提高运营效率的同时,根据自身所处的环境、拥有的资源,合理的改造供应链流程、降低库存水平、节省运营成本,以提高核心竞争力。文中通过对摩托罗拉供应链管理过程中出现的问题进行分析并提出合理的解决方案,即与供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系、实施SOI、JIT、VMI多样化的库存管理模式,以改善其库存周转率、降低运营成本,以更快捷的速度满足顾客需求,致力于打造一条精益供应链,从而实现供应链各个节点上的供应商共赢的局面。本论文共分为六章:第一章为绪论部分,主要分析研究背景、研究意义、研究的目的与方法等;第二章相关实践理论与理论回顾,分析了精益生产理论、六西格玛理论及JIT、VMI库存管理理论等;第三章主要介绍了摩托罗拉供应链库存管理的特点及环境分析;第四章主要分析摩托罗拉供应链管理中存在的问题,原因;第五章主要阐述了摩托罗拉多样化库存管理模式的实施;第六章结论,企业如何打造一条适合自身生存的精益供应链。论文主要创新点在于通过对当今比较流行的供应链管理理论进行全面的解析,借助于摩托罗拉库存管理的案例分析,将JIT、VMI等先进的库存管理理念提升到全新的高度、得以在实际运营中予以升华。 关键词:摩托罗拉 供应链管理 库存管理  
英文摘要:Abstract Global economy is experiencing the 2nd wave of the subprime crisis in 2007 to touch down in 2011, the United States of America 's suffering from high unemployment rate of around 10%, but more serious is in Europe, Greece, Italy, Spain, are going through a sovereign debt crisis. The global demand for consumer goods is significantly lower than expected, the inflation spread all over the world. In the intensive competition, the enterprises have to take some effective measures to enhance the efficiency of operation to secure more market share. The improvement of the supply chain process, strengthen of inventory management and reducing operating costs have become very critical to the enterprise. To improve the efficiency of operation, Lean, 6 Sigma have become an effective means and JIT, VMI are the best ways to improve the supply chain inventory management. In the fierce competition globally, enterprises are working on the improvement of operational efficiency by means of lean, 6 Sigma. In the meanwhile, the corporations also have to enhance the core competitiveness according to the environments they are in, the resources they have, together with the rational transformation of supply chain processes, reducing inventory levels, saving operating costs. Based on the analysis of the problems and proposals to the reasonable solution in case study of Motorola supply chain management, i.e., establishing strategic cooperative partnership with suppliers, the implementation of SOI, JIT, VMI diverse inventory management model, in order to improve the inventory turnover rate, reduce operating costs, with faster speed to meet customer demand, all the efforts are committed to to create a lean supply chain, so as to achieve a win-win situation with suppliers This thesis includes total six chapters: The first part is introduction, mainly analyzes the research background, research significance, research purpose and methods; the second chapter relates to the theory of practice, analyzed the theory of lean production, six sigma and the mode of JIT, VMI inventory management as well as supply chain management; the third chapter introduces the characteristics of Motorola supply chain inventory management and environmental analysis; the fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems in the process of Motorola supply chain management and causes; the fifth chapter mainly expounds the Motorola diversification inventory management; sixth chapter is the conclusion of this thesis, how to setup a lean supply chain through a proper way. By means of the comprehensive analysis to current popular theory of supply chain management, together with the case study of Motorola inventory management, the main innovation lies in JIT, VMI and other advanced inventory management philosophy to a new height.
