| 中文摘要: | 服务业在我国正受到越来越多的关注。随着市场经济的纵深发展,企业之间的竞争已经从单纯的价格和质量竞争,发展成为服务竞争。售后服务作为服务业中一个重要的业务类型,其不仅能对产品的销售起到关键作用,而且也能为企业产生相当丰厚的利润。然而,一个行业的发展离不开管理水平的提高。在我国,售后服务业仍然缺少一个高水平的管理环境,因而存在诸多管理问题。预算管理作为一种典型的管理方式和管理机制,是企业基于自身的战略目标对生产运作、经营销售、及投融资等环节的统筹安排。国内外对于预算管理的研究非常丰富,但大都针对传统制造业,如何将预算管理体系应用于售后服务组织并提升售后服务组织的管理水平成为当前企业管理中一个重要的研究领域。 本文基于预算管理理论,首先回顾了预算管理以及售后服务在国内外的研究及应用情况,并对预算管理基本理论做了介绍;随后研究分析了售后服务组织管理中存在的问题及售后服务组织预算管理体系的特点。最后,结合中奥集团的案例,对售后服务组织的预算管理体系设计及实施过程进行了详细的阐述。全文沿着提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路,对如何利用预算管理的手段提高企业管理水平进行了探讨,对其他类似的售后服务型组织具有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Service business is being paid more and more attention in China.With development of market economy,the competition among companies has been transferred into service competition from price and quality competition.As an important business model of service business, the effects of after sale services are not only boosting product sale,but also to bring excessive profit to company.However,the development of an industry can’t be boosted without management skill improvement.In China,there is not a high level management environment so far, then a lot of management issues exist. As a typical management model and management mechanism, budget management is a tool that can be used for planning and management on manufacturing operation,sales financing,etc.There are plentiful studies and literatures in budget management field.However, most of them focus on traditional manufacturing industry.How to use budget management tool for after sale services and improving the efficiency and effectiveness becomes a current important study domain now. Basing on the theoretics of budget management, this paper reviews the study and application status of budget management and after sale services firstly,then makes a introduction of budget management basic theoretical.Subsequently,it conducts an analysis on the issue of management of after sale services organization and the feature of budget management of after sale services organization. In the end, according to a case of the after sale services organization of OTIS China legal entity, this paper makes a detail explanation on the budget management system design and implement of after sale services organization. The construction of this paper is putting forward issue,analyzing issue and resolving issue. It is anticipated to bring reference for other similar after sale services organizations or companies. | |
