中文摘要：	气体厂商租赁方式是随着外资气体公司进入中国后引进到中国的一种重要的项目融资模式，其不同于传统的气体企业经营模式。在为气体使用企业提供产品的同时，也为其提供了相应的融资功能。转换了承租人和供应商之间的简单的买卖关系，而变成一种共荣共生的紧密关系。正是因为这种独特的专业融资功能，自2000年在中国开展以来，得到了市场的高度认可，并得以越来越快的发展，在气体企业经营中占有相当重要的地位。但因其即具备传统融资的自身特点，期限长，气体公司负责投资，在合同期限内分期收回投资和收益，又有有别于传统的融资租赁方式的特点，气体公司负责运行维护管理，项目结束后设备由气体公司收回，承租人无权要求对设备的所有权等。决定了其风险管理的重要性，如何使这种方式更好的发展，符合社会的需求，就必须对风险管理进行研究。本文就气体融资租赁项目做了较为细致的风险管理研究，从风险识别，风险度量，风险监控和风险应对等几个方面进行深入分析，并因此构建了风险管理体系。本文主要以 AP公司的厂商租赁项目风险产生的因素及相应的风险管理为主进行较为系统的研究，通过一个具体实例说明在项目的不同阶段风险的产生和预防。并通过鉴定项目执行过程中的关键因素，建立了基于该种因素的项目风险模型及敏感度模型。从而将一个复杂的项目风险管理简化为简单的数学模型，通过数学模型的计算，给出在项目开始和执行阶段需要把控的关键因素，从而降低风险的影响，对以后的气体厂商融资租赁项目有一定的指导作用。
英文摘要：	Leasing equipment starts as an important way of financing by foreign gas companies while entering into China market. It runs totally different from the traditional gas companies due to its two functions, supplying special gas and providing financing service. China market was quickly dominated since it came forth in 2000. The simple buyer-seller relationship between suppliers and customers turned to be a mutual existing and common prosperity one. The ‘equipment lease’ and the ‘financial lease’ are same as the long-term contract in some aspects. Gas companies are in charge of investment while customers pay the rental fee. They surely differ in some ways, eg. it is till the gas company which is in charge of operation and maintenance; it is till the gas company which has the ownership of the company after the contract termination. That is why the risk management becomes important. A specific research on risk management was conducted and elaborated in this paper, with in-depth analysis from the aspects of risk identification, risk evaluation, risk monitoring and risk response so as to establish a risk management system. This paper focuses on systematic study of the elements generating finance lease risks and corresponding risk management in AP, explaining the risks and their prevention in different stages through a specific example. The risk models and risk-sensitive models are created by identifying the key factors, which simplifies the risk management of a complex project to be a mathematical model, then lists the key factors need to be controlled during the stages of beginning and implementation through mathematical calculation in order to reduce the impact of risks and guide the leasing projects of gas companies in the future.
