| 中文摘要: | 随着中国经济及中国市场的快速发展,跨国公司在华投资与日俱增。为了占领市场,跨国公司的国内策略是把国内作为其生产基地向运营、生产管理全面本土化管理打造阶段过度,在这一发展过程中遇到的最大问题之一就是本土化的生产运营管理问题。作为一家即将要被打造成为奥的斯电梯北亚太地区最大的电梯曳引机生产制造基地,如何提升企业生产运营管理水平并打造一支本土化的精益生产及管理团队是天津蓝光奥的斯曳引机有限公司实现进一步发展的关键因素之一。在这样的背景下,本文对天津蓝光奥的斯曳引机的运营现状进行价值流程分析,指出其在工厂布局、流程管控及生产管理等方面存在的问题。即到目前为止,奥的斯电梯的一些精益管理方面理论,例如获取竞争优势文化及改善工具并没有很好地适应天津蓝光奥的斯曳引机工厂的实际情况,这些问题严重影响了企业的发展。基于以上情况,本文结合国内外跨国公司精益生产相关管理理论和现代工业工程技术相关研究,分析了现代工业工程技术如何应用在蓝光曳引机工厂运营系统,并不断完善改良;认为在当前情况下,解决企业面临问题的途径之一是建立一整套科学、系统的、适合蓝光曳引机工厂实际运营情况的现代工业工程管理系统和制度。通过应用现代工业工程管理技术建立适合自身工厂的管理系统和制度,帮助企业应对上述问题并实现真正意义上的精益运营。本研究力求从企业遇到的运营问题出发进行深入分析,从而提出一些具有一定可操作性和创新性的解决对策,希望该对策不单能解决企业面临运营管理的问题,也能帮助国内制造企业员工提高自身的精益管理能力和技术水平。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid economy development and the continuous market expansion in China, multinational corporations are shifting their strategy from taking China as production base to the one that make operation & production management localization in China, Chinese people manage for themselves in order to dominate Chinese tremendous market by making more and more investments in China. The one of the biggest problem facing these corporations is operation & production management localization over the development course. How to improve the management level of talent localization and build a operation & production management team is one of the key elements to achieve its development objectives for Tianjin Bluelight OTIS Traction Machine Company Limited which will become the biggest traction machine manufacturing factory in North Asia Pacific Area of OTIS. Given this background, this thesis analyzed operation & production management status of Bluelight Traction Machine factory in China and pointed out the problems existing in localization of talents and operation & production management system. So far, there are still many problems influencing the development of Bluelight Traction Machine factory, for example, the lean management localization and ACE culture & Kaizen management system as well as corporate culture not compatible with current situation, etc. Based on the above, according to domestic and foreign theories of lean management and the researches of modern industry engineering for multinational corporations, this thesis maintained that, in present circumstances, one of the valid methods to solve the difficulty encountered by enterprise is to establish a whole scientific and systematic set of modern industry engineering management system and regulations, which facilitates Bluelight Traction Machine factory operations and is suitable to the actual situation of China through analyzing lean theory. The thesis proposed some operational and innovative solutions by the in-depth analysis of the practical problems encountered by enterprises, hoping that the measures will not only solve the difficulties faced by companies, but also help Chinese employees to improve their own lean management capacities and technology skills. | |
