中文摘要：	摘 要企业资源与能力已经被专家学者公认为企业竞争优势的主要来源。基于企业资源与能力的竞争优势探究是当前战略管理与管理学学科的重点研究课题之一。随着世界经济一体化的发展，港口产业的竞争也日益激烈，随之带来的港口产业的平均利润率也逐渐下降。而与之形成鲜明对比的是我国港口企业投资建设规模不断扩大，港口基础设施不断升级，但对港口企业自身如何形成竞争优势的研究没有给予足够的重视。在我国，上海港与深圳港已经分别确定为长江三角洲港口集群与珠江三角洲港口集群核心地位背景下，环渤海港口集群的核心地位却难以确定。天津港、青岛港与大连港都在为这个地位展开全方位的激烈竞争。由于三个港口的综合实力比较接近，三个港口都没有绝对优势成为环渤海港口群的核心。以此同时，随着天津滨海新区的开发开放已经纳入国家发展战略规划，而天津港作为天津市和滨海新区经济发展的载体和发动机，良好与有利的外部环境为天津港的脱颖而出提供了难得机遇。因此，本文有必要对天津港的竞争优势进行研究分析，提供一些有价值的继续深入研究的线索与帮助。同时，本文试图通过对企业资源与能力理论进行重新梳理并建立企业竞争优势创建以保护模型，来对基于企业资源与能力的竞争优势相关问题进行研究，并且将研究成果尝试性应用于天津港竞争优势创建与保护实践中，试图为天津港在环渤海港口群激烈的港口竞争中获得竞争优势提供理论参考依据。 关键词：企业资源 核心能力 动态能力 竞争优势 港口
英文摘要：	ABSTRACT Enterprise resources and capabilities have been recognized as a major source of competitive advantage by experts and scholars. The explore of corporate resources and capabilities based on the competitive advantage is the key research topic of the current strategic management and management. At the same time, with the development of world economic integration, the port industry is increasingly fierce competition and the average profit rate of the port industry declines gradually. With contrast to it, the investment and building scale of port expand ceaselessly in china and infrastructure upgrades ceaselessly, but for how to form the competitive advantage of port enterprises didn’t give enough attention. In china, Shanghai port and Shenzhen port have been identified as the core of Yangtze River Delta port cluster and the core of Pearl River Delta. But the core of Bohai port cluster is difficult to determine. Tianjin Port, Dalian Port and Qingdao Port are competing fiercely for the position. Due to the similar situation of three ports in the comprehensive strength and each has advantages and disadvantages. So the three ports are no absolute advantage and become the core of Bohai port cluster.With the development and opening of Tianjin Binhai district which has been incorporated into national development strategy planning, as the economy development carrier and the engine of Tianjin and Binhai district, the favorable external environment provides a rare opportunity for the Tianjin Port. Therefore, in this paper, it is necessary to analysis Tianjin port competitive advantage and provides some valuable information and clues to study. At the same time, the paper tries to comb the theory of enterprise resource and capabilities and then innovate to undertake freshly the above-mentioned problems of the theory of enterprise resource and capabilities and try to apply the conclusion of study to Tianjin Port’s competitive advantage.
