| 中文摘要: | 现代企业间的竞争已升级为资源的竞争。竞争的战场已经从产品质量和价格,逐步蔓延到企业核心资源的竞争上,谁拥有多领域专业人才,高效而稳定的战略供应商,优秀的代理分销渠道,谁就拥有了赢得竞争的资本和优势。作为企业核心资源的重要节点,供应商特别是战略供应商的绩效表现对企业竞争优势有着重大的影响。供应商评价与选择是供应商管理体系的核心与基础,也是企业实施稳定高效供应链所面临的重要现实问题和难点。供应商与企业之间传统的买卖贸易关系已经不能适应现代企业竞争的要求,基于自身发展战略,现代企业应努力与供应商建立起一种风险共担、信息共享、彼此双赢的新型战略合作伙伴关系,使得企业获得长期稳定的竞争优势。 本文基于混合生产模式和供应商评价选择的基本概念及理论,选取战略供应商评价与选择作为主要研究对象,结合设备制造企业多品种小批量产品特性和混合生产模式,分析总结并借鉴国内外关于供应商评价选择的主要理论和方法,提出层次分析法(AHP),结合模糊综合评价法作为企业评价选择战略供应商的具体方法,建立了适合混合生产模式设备制造企业战略供应商评价选择模型,并进一步制定了具体的实施步骤,最后以玻石机械(中国)有限公司作为具体案例进行实证研究,运用该模型实际评价选择战略供应商,进一步验证该模型对此类企业的适用性与实用性。 本文研究价值及创新点为:从混合生产模式设备制造企业实际出发,强调应根据企业自身的生产运营模式,将生产模式与战略供应商管理相联系,创建了针对设备制造企业的战略供应商评价与选择模型,且具有很强的可操作性。完善补充了战略供应商评价与选择体系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Competitions among modern enterprises had been upgraded to compete for resources. Competition Battleground had spread from product and price to the core resources gradually, whoever had more talents in various fields, more efficient and stable strategic suppliers, best distribution channels agent, and who owned the capital and gains a competition advantage. As an important role in the core resources, suppliers, in particular, the performance of strategic suppliers had a major impact on the competition advantage for enterprises. Supplier evaluation and selection was the basic and core of supplier management system, also the significant practical problems and difficulties which enterprises faced to when it made a stable and efficient supply chain. Trade relations between suppliers and enterprises could not meet the requirements of competition. Based on its own development strategy, modern enterprises should make efforts with suppliers to establish a risk-sharing, information-sharing, mutual win-win new strategic partnership, which allows business to obtain a stable long-term competitive advantage.Base on basic concepts and theories between hybrid mode of production and supplier management , supplier evaluation and selection assessment, as the main object of study, combined with more varieties of small batch product features and hybrid production mode of equipment manufacturers, analyzed and learnt supplier evaluation theories and methods from home and abroad. AHP combined with Fuzzy Comprehension evaluation Method, as a specific method that enterprise select to choose strategic suppliers, set up a strategic supplier evaluation and selection model for hybrid production mode of equipment manufactures, further development of specific implementation steps. At last, Glass Stone Machinery (China) Co., Ltd., as a specific empirical case study, use this realistic assessment of the model for assessing strategic suppliers in order to further verify applicability and usefulness of this model for such enterprises. In this thesis, based on the business operation of hybrid production mode equipment manufacturer, set up a specific strategic supplier evaluation and selection system combined with hybrid production mode, which is practiced in a easy way verified by supplier management of such kind of manufacturer. The model in this thesis has been applied for hybrid production mode equipment manufacturer as a guideline both in theoretic and practical application. | |
