中文摘要:电力体制改革已经多年,各发电企业也已经完全走向市场,并且随着多家地方、民营电力企业的加入,发电行业市场竞争越加激烈。大唐国际大唐电力辽宁公司(以下简称“大唐电力辽宁公司”)虽然以五大电力集团之一的大唐集团为依托,但是在辽宁这片潜力巨大的市场的开发中不敢有丝毫懈怠。从公司成立起,便以集团公司提出的“做大做强热电产业,加快发展清洁能源,积极参股路港建设”为发展目标,谋求大唐电力辽宁公司的快速发展。在国家实施“上大压小”政策,对节能、环保、减排等方面要求不断提高的背景下,大唐电力辽宁公司贯彻落实国家文件精神,目前,已经新建两个火电厂及多个风电场,并且有多个项目处于可研阶段,充分说明了大唐电力辽宁公司战略的正确性与可行性。本文以辽宁省内发展热电联产项目的大环境为切入点,全面把握大唐电力辽宁公司发展热电联产各方面情况,并通过价值链的细致分析,认识大唐电力辽宁公司热电联产战略带来的竞争优势,从理论上为大唐电力辽宁公司制定快速稳定发展战略提供积极有益的指导。文章将以价值链理论、流程管理理论、战略柔性理论、动态能力理论为理论分析基础,通过价值链理论分析价值链各环节中创造价值的活动,从而识别发展热电联产所拥有的竞争优势,继而通过战略柔性理论的分析识别大唐电力辽宁公司总部及下属电厂发展竞争优势从何而来,并通过理论分析讨论如何对竞争优势进行增强及维护,以保证大唐电力辽宁公司在未来的竞争中能够保持持久的竞争力来实现自身的发展壮大。 
英文摘要:Electric Power System has reformed mang years and the Power Generation Companies have entered the marked completely. The competition of Power Generation Industry has become more and more fierce with the number of local or private companies to join the competition. Although relay on Datang ,one of the five major power groups, the Datang Power Liaoning Branch hasn’t any slack to develop this huge potential market from the company’s setting up. The company’s goal is’ making the thermal power industry bigger and stronger, accelerate the development of clean energy, actively shares of the construction of road and port’. As the government carrying out the policy of New Big Power Units, While Closing Small Ones work and increasing the demand of energy saving, environmental protection, reducing emissions and other aspects of the policy to protect the environment. At present, Datang Power Liaoning Branch has two thermal power plants and some wind power fields, and a number of projects in the feasibility study stage, which show the correctness and feasibility of the Datang Power Liaoning Branch’s strategy. As the starting point of the development of cogeneration projects in Liaoning Province, this thesis comprehensively grasp all aspects of the development of cogeneration of Datang Power Liaoning Branch, recognize the competitive advantage of strategic with Datang Power Liaoning Branch’s cogeneration project. Providing positive and useful guidance for Datang Power Liaoning Branch’s rapidly and stably development strategy. The thesis will base on the theory of value chain, process management theory, strategic flexibility theory and dynamic capabilities theory. From analysis the various links in the value chain which can create value and recognize the competitive advantage of developing cogeneration projects, then analysis the sources of competitive advantage in Datang Power Liaoning Branch headquarter and subordinary and discuss how to enhance and maintain competitive advantages, Datang Power Liaoning Branch must ensure that it can maintain a sustainable competitive to enhance its own development and growth ability.
