中文摘要:随着全球经济一体化进程的加快、世界经济的高速发展,上世纪九十年代以来,机场的管理和运营出现了一些新的变化和发展趋势,机场管理者对机场业的认识也已开始发生转变,国外先进机场在管理上除继续加强安全运营外,还极大地加强了对其非航空资源的开发,效果非常明显。国内机场如何借鉴国外机场先进的管理经验,开展多元化经营,大力发展非航空业务,是国内各大机场面临的主要问题。 本文正是在这样的背景下展开研究,采用理论分析与案例研究相结合的方法,通过对多元化经营策略理论的论述和其在机场业中应用的必然性及途径,在介绍了当前世界机场业发展概况和以英国BAA机场集团为案例进行分析总结的基础上,通过对服务企业利润链的研究,总结出机场企业服务流程,并结合机场企业实际情况,总结出机场若想走上良性发展轨道,增强企业实力和盈利能力,就必须顺应当今世界机场业发展趋势,以多元化经营策略为企业经营指导思想,在进一步发展航空业务的基础上,大力拓展非航空业务经营领域、增进非航空业务经营实力的结论。同时,以天津机场为具体研究对象,通过对天津机场进行SWOT分析,明确其战略定位,并结合天津机场实际发展水平和当前即将进一步大力开发开放滨海新区的大环境,对天津机场如何实施多元化经营策略、发展非航空业务提出了切实可行的操作方案和具体实施步骤。 在结构安排上,第一章介绍文章的研究背景、目的,以及研究方法与内容;第二章对多元化经营策略主要内容进行论述,并分析多元化经营策略在机场运营管理中的应用;第三章分析机场属性特征及其业务种类,依据服务企业利润链概括出机场服务流程,同时在总结国际大型机场业务发展概况的基础上以英国BAA机场集团为案例进行分析并提出世界机场业非航空业务发展新趋势;第四章运用SWOT分析法明确天津机场战略定位,并指出其发展非航空业务的必然性;第五章结合前几章的分析情况,提出天津机场走多元化经营之路、大力发展非航空性业务的具体策略和措施;最后得出相应结论并加以总结。 本文虽以天津机场为具体研究对象,但提出的经营思路和实施方案对我国机场企业,特别是大中型国际机场有非常实用的借鉴意义和参考价值。  
英文摘要:As globalization accelerates, world economy is developing at a high speed. Since 1990s, some changes are happening for airport management and operations and management in airports has started to think of how to more effectively manage airports. In the light of airport management, while continuously focusing on providing quality transportation services, foreign airports are increasingly developing the resources of non-aviation businesses. The results are very satisfied. It is the most important issue our airport management has to deal with to learn and apply effectively the advanced experience from foreign airports, to develop our diversify businesses and non-aviation business. Based on the background, the thesis conducts some research on theory of diversified business strategy by theoretical analysis and case study. In the meanwhile, the thesis shows the necessity, applicability and feasible approaches of the strategy for application of the theory in managing airports in details. The paper introduces the current developmental tendency of airport management in the world and takes England BAA airport group as an example to analyze. The thesis summarizes the enterprized service flow of airports by studying the profit chain of services companies. Combining with the fact the airport is facing, it is concluded in the study that in order to go on the track of sound progress, in addition to develop aviation business up to higher level, airports need to adapt to the developmental tendency of the world airport industry, develop diversified businesses, greatly expand non-aviation businesses, strengthen the ability to run the business. By conducting SWOT analysis for Tianjin Binhai airport, the author conducts some research on its strategical plan according to Tianjin Binhai airport actual level of development and the macro environment where Binhai area will be highly developed and opened. In the end, the thesis gives some feasible plans and actionable steps in details on how the airport implements diversified business strategy and develop non-aviation businesses. The structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter introduces the research background, purpose, research methodology and content; the second chapter mainly discusses the diversified business tactics and its applications on the airport’s operation; In the third chapter, the author analyzes the characteristic and the types of business of the airport. The service chain of the airport is summarized by the author based on the profit chain of the service industry. In addition, a case study of British BAA Airport is presented which is based on the development history of the airport; in the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the need and necessity of developing the non-aviation business and clarifies the strategical developing plan of the airport; in the chapter 5, the conclusions are made which propose the detailed developing plan for the Tianjin Airport to diversify business (i.e. Non-aviation business of the airport).
