中文摘要:随着经济全球化的不断推进和科学技术的迅猛发展,各国企业面临着越来越激烈的资源和市场竞争,企业不得不利用任何机会来增强自身的竞争优势。企业间的竞争已是供应链之间的竞争,企业要保持竞争力,就必须与供应链伙伴一起合作,以提高整个供应链的绩效。而采购与供应商管理作为供应链管理的核心内容,是反映供应链管理成效的重要的方面。本论文阐述了供应链管理、采购管理和供应商管理的基本概念和理论,重点结合C公司海上油田采购与供应商管理的实证研究,阐述了C公司采购管理与供应商管理的现状,分析了C公司在采购管理和供应商管理中存在的问题,如采购流程较长、采购成本上涨快、设备备件库存高、与供应商未建立起合作伙伴关系、供应商数量庞大等。针对C公司采购管理和供应商管理中存在的问题,分别在采购流程、采购成本管理、库存管理、供应商开发管理、供应商关系管理、供应商资源整合等方面提出了改进建议。通过本论文的研究,希望能够为改进C公司海上油田采购与供应商管理提供帮助,同时也为石油生产企业和其他行业企业提供有益的借鉴。 
英文摘要:With the continuous advance of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in market and resources. Enterprises have to take any opportunity to enhance their competitive advantage. Competition among enterprises is now actually the competition between supply chains. In order to maintain competitiveness, enterprises must work together with their supply chain partners to improve the entire supply chain performance. As the core parts of supply chain management, purchasing management and supplier management are important aspects to reflect the effectiveness of supply chain management. This paper describes the concepts and theories of supply chain management, purchasing management and supplier management. Focusing on the research of purchasing and supplier management for offshore oilfield of Company C, this paper explains the present status of Company C’s purchasing management and supplier management, and analyzes the problems existed in its purchasing management and supplier management, such as long purchasing process, fast growing purchasing costs, high equipment spare parts inventory, having not established partnership with the suppliers, a large number of suppliers, etc. To deal with problems occurred in Company C's purchasing management and supplier management, this paper provides suggestions for improvement respectively in the purchasing process, purchasing cost management, inventory management, supplier development management, supplier relationship management, supplier integration. By conducting this research, it is expected that it can not only help Company C improve purchasing and supplier management for offshore oilfield, but also provide a reference for oil producers and other industry enterprises.
