| 中文摘要: | 产品的生命周期是一个产品完整的生命过程,任何一个阶段的管理对于产品本身而言都是十分重要的,产品的退市管理也包含其中。当前,企业在产品管理的实践中,常常会忽视产品的退市管理,未能对产品自身、企业、市场和消费者给予一个合理的交待。并且,不正确的产品退市管理行为又会给企业和品牌带来较多的后续影响,甚至是灾难性的损失。因此,产品的退市管理对于企业的长期经营和品牌的价值延续是十分重要的。对产品退市行为的管理,不仅是产品管理中的一项重要组成部分,保持了产品生命周期的完整性,更是产品销售企业和产品所属品牌的一种宝贵资源。在对产品退市管理的重要性认识不足、未形成合理的产品退市管理评估标准,且未构建完成产品退市管理实施的完整体系的现状的基础之上,本文通过理论分析与案例研究相结合的方式,对产品退市的战略及安施进行分析与研究。以产品生命周期理论为基础,对产品的成熟阶段和衰退阶段予以重点分析;以消费者行为理论为基础,对退市产品的市场类型和影响因素进行推导论证;将双因素理论应用于市场营销领域,对产品退市的重要影响因素——产品的竞争力进行重点分析;结合产品退市的影响因素,提出四个产品退市战略,并对每一个战略的特点、要求和优势分别加以阐述。文章以天狮集团蛋白粉产品退市实施案例为依托,构建产品退市战略的实施模式。探讨和研究产品退市战略实施的整体框架,并在结合案例分析的基础上,对实践中出现的问题给出解决方案,进而进一步完善产品退市战略的实施框架,以便可以达到构建出适合于实际应用的合理的产品退市战略实施框架之目的。本文通过对产品退市战略及实施的研究,阐述产品退市管理在产品生命周期管理中的重要意义和对企业长期永续发展的重要性,并构建较为完善的、完整的产品退市战略实施体系,为今后产品退市管理的发展提出建设性建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The product life cycle(PLC) shows clearly that the product is a process of the whole life. Each stage of product life cycle is important to product management,especially the decline stage. Ignoring the product delisting management is quite general. But it is of significance to the enterprise development. The product delisting management is not only an important component of product management, but also a valuable resources for the enterprise. The status on the product delisting management is a lack of understanding of its importance, not a rational standard and not a implement frame. Through theory and case research method, analyse and study the product delisting strategy and implementation of strategy. According to the theory of product life cycle, the maturity stage and decline stage is systematically analyzed. According to the theory of customer behavier, the different types and effect factors of product delisting is reduced. Focus on the product competitive power to use two-factor theory to analyse. Alse illustrate the four product delisting strategy respectively. To research the implementation mode of the delisting strategy on the basis of the case analysis. Consider the whole implementation frame of the delisting strategy, problem and solutions. In order that the implementation frame of the delisting strategy is effective in practice and good for popularization. Through the studies on the product delisting strategy and implementation of strategy, expand the importance on the PLC and the enterprise development and build the whole implementation frame of the delisting strategy. | |
