| 中文摘要： | 随着我国经济和社会的发展，人口老龄化也成为了不可避免的问题而越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注，特别是在社会基本养老保险制度已难以保障企业退休职工更高的养老需求的背景下，适时推出的企业年金已经逐渐成为我国养老保障体系的重要支柱和社会基本养老保险的有效补充。在我国企业年金刚刚起步，截至当前也仅有十年的管理基础，因此在国内市场上广大委托人企业仅仅是将其作为一项产品而并非福利制度进行管理，即使是专业化的管理机构和监管部门也在管理模式和政策约束上有着一定程度的缺陷。而无论是管理机构能力上的欠缺还是外围机构政策方面的制约都会对企业年金的实际效果产生一定的影响，从而直接关系到企业职工未来的养老生活问题。本文以生命周期理论和投资组合理论为基础，对当前我国企业年金制度市场管理模式特别是投资管理模式进行了重点阐述，从管理人组合模式、选择和评估机制、投资管理的原则、策略及影响因素等方面阐述了现阶段我国企业年金领域的管理现状及存在的一些问题，并以自己在实际工作中的案例为依托提出了对我国企业年金制度管理的改革建议和对新政策的展望，对现实存在的部分管理问题进行了解释同时也为今后各委托人企业年金制度的建立提供了必要的依据与建议。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Following the accelerated speed of population aging in China, the problem of supporting old-age population has become a focus of all society. The basic sociaty endowment insurance system is difficult to ensure the more demands of retired life. Enterprise annuity is important to improve the elderly support system and the basic sociaty endowment insurance system. Enterprise annuity is just beginning for about ten years. It also has some problems in operation and management. Most entrust enterprises regard the enterprise annuity as a product not a welfare system. All of these factors influence the actual effect of enterprise annuity and the solution of retired life's difficulties. I chose life cycle theory and portfolio theory as the theoretical foundation. I concentrated on the operation of enterprise annuity, especially the investment process. Meantime, expatiate on the problemsexisted in enterprise annuity and puts forward some propo-sals for reform and policies development. | |
