中文摘要：	“风险管理”是我们许多企业家和经理人最关注的企业问题，随着中国加入WTO，与国际经济接轨，中国成为了全球的经济焦点，尤其作为关系我国国际民生的大型钢材贸易的国有企业，在快速的经济接轨中，遇到各种各样的新的风险管理方面的问题，尤其在2008年发生金融海啸之后，如何处理好经营和风险的关系，成为摆在企业家面前迫在眉睫的事情，本文将在对传统风险管理理论回顾与评析的基础上，利用案例分析和比较分析等方法，着力研究道本管理的思维在国有大型钢铁贸易企业风险管理体系中的应用，建立起传统制度管理和道本管理相融合的风险管理的模型，以求解决企业所面临的困境。风险管理在我国目前还处在发展的初级阶段，大多以模仿西方体制下的制度管理为主要手段，在业务流程中增加风险控制的环节，但是随着经营方式的转变和业务环节的细化，随之的风险管控就越来越复杂，制度的细化和制定就更加的冗繁，反而对于经营带来了反作用，对于风险管理的执行本身带来了极大的且不可解决的难度。西方的制度体制下的风险管理想在中国的土地上开花结果，就必须要结合中国自身的管理文化，建立中国企业自己的风险管理体系。在中国，道本的思维深入人心。道，是自然界和人类社会一切规律的总称，道本管理，就是建立在对规律尊重的基础上的管理。风险管理中的道本思想就是从人性主体出发，利用人的健康心理，激发人们内心的力量，引导员工并把企业外部的强制制度转化成为积极的对企业和个人都有意义的主动行为，最终推动企业的持续、健康发展。本文设计了融合传统制度管理和道本管理的风险管理模型，以企业持续、健康发展为目标，以学习型组织为构建框架，以传统制度管理为最初推动力，以道本管理的心性提高为中心和持续的力量源泉，生成企业内在动力，推动企业风险管理水平的不断提高，实现道家所言“师法自然，无畏而治”的境界。
英文摘要：	"Risk management" is the management question which our many entrepreneurs and managers pay the most attention, with China’s accession to the WTO. China also has become a focus of the global economy. Steel trade companies, which play a very important role in the national welfare and the people’s livelihood, encounter a variety of new risk questions, particularly after the year 2008 of global financial crisis, risk management will become the enterprise imminent matter. This thesis, according to the foundation of traditional risk management theory review and evaluation, will exert Dao-Oriented Management into our business management practice application; Establish the model about risk management, which integrate the Traditional theory of risk management with Dao-Oriented Management for present dilemmas. Risk management is still in early stages of development in China. Most of its skills depend on western control management system, however, with the business tactics of state-owned enterprises in the process of economic transformation, the methods of risk management become more and more, the system of risk management gets too complex and difficult for employees to understand and administrate. If the western approach to the risk management for Chinese enterprises, it is necessary to integrate with the Chinese management culture, establish a new risk management system for Chinese local companies. In China, Dao-Oriented Management is well-known. Dao means one kind of order of nature. Meanwhile, one management approach complies with laws of nature. The thinking of Dao-Oriented management in Risk management transcends short-lived thinking of the relation between management technology and culture and grasps the core of management, it studies management form the point of human’s civilization and will finally improve the management level and make our Chinese companies into sustainable development.
