中文摘要: | 随着经济的发展,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。尤其是进入21世纪以来,随着科技进步和信息技术的迅猛发展,顾客的需求也越来越呈现出多样化、个性化。为了能更好的满足顾客需求,企业发现不可能再依靠自身的实力,来完善资源的优化配置。因此,供应商对企业的发展就显得至关重要。供应商的交货质量、成本、及时率等成为影响企业竞争力的重要因素,而与这些因素息息相关的就是供应商管理。如何选择供应商,并对供应商的绩效给予科学合理的评价,是企业供应链管理中的重要一环,越来越受到企业的重视。本文对供应链管理和供应商选择与评价的相关理论进行了回顾和研究,立足于美卓公司当前面临的采购问题,对美卓公司的供应商管理现状加以评述。分析了选择合格供应商与之建立战略合作伙伴供应商关系的可行性;通过应用Kraljic矩阵分析法,对采购的产品进行分类,针对不同类型的产品的供应商,制定相应的供应商的管理战略;优化供应商选择的流程和选择评估的指标,运用层次分析法评价供应商,并挑选关键供应商与之建立合作伙伴关系,建立完善供应商的激励机制。通过实施以上供应商管理的改进措施,提高了企业供应商管理水平,最后对取得的成效加以概述。 | |
英文摘要: | With economic development, competition increase rapidly among enterprises. Especially in the 21st century, due to development of science and information technology, customer demands are also showing a diverse and personalized. In order to better meet customer demand, enterpriser found it impossible to rely on its own strength to improve the optimum allocation of resources. Therefore the supplier is vital for enterprise development. Supplier delivery of quality, cost, time rates are affect the competitiveness of enterprises as important factors. However, supplier management is closely related with these factors. How to selection vendor, and make a scientific and reasonable evaluation for supplier, which is an important part of supply chain management and is more and more critical. Author reviewed and researched relevant theories of supply chain management and supplier relationship management. Based on Metso's current procurement problems, author commented Metso’s supplier management status and analyzed the feasibility of establish strategic partnership relationships through selection suppliers. Utilizing Kraljic matrix to classify the materials, author develop appropriate management strategies for different types of suppliers, and optimize supplier selection process and indicators of selection. Using AHP to evaluate suppliers and choose key suppliers to establish partnership, establish and improve the supplier's incentives. By implementing the above supplier management improvement measures, the supply chain management succeed to be reformed and procurement performance are summarized. | |
