| 中文摘要: | 摘 要天津市海泰港口工程有限公司(以下简称海泰公司)成立于2006年11月,其前身是天津市万达建筑工程有限公司,公司拥有二十多年的工程建设历史,并一步一步发展壮大,尤其是近五年是公司的高速发展时期。关键是公司于2006年依托天津滨海新区的建设,切合新区的发展,大举进入天津港的建设,成功完成了公司的经营范围的转型,为公司的发展赢得了发展机会。现在公司主要是以航道与港口建设为主,公路与铁路为辅的经营模式。目前公司正处于高速发展时期,人才建设显得尤为重要,为此研究员工激励有着重要的现实意义,不仅能打破公司发展中遇到的瓶颈,还能为其他相类似企业提供很好的参考价值,共同促进我国家族企业的健康长远发展。本文首先对员工激励的相关理论进行了回顾,重点介绍了员工激励的相关概念,包括激励的定义,激励的原则,激励的功能等。之后介绍了传统激励理论、现代激励理论,于此同时还简要介绍了当下的实践激励理论。该部分的内容主要是给予后面论文的写作提供理论依据,并且为后面的论文写作指明方向。论文的第三、四、五章是本论文的重点章节。第三章重点阐述了海泰公司及员工激励管理现状,目的是为了找出海泰公司员工激励方面的问题所在,为后面的员工激励设计打下基础。找出海泰公司员工激励存在的问题之后,论文就开始研究如何解决公司员工激励的问题。为了更好的解决问题,我们首先借鉴了国内知名企业员工激励方面的成功经验,而后研究了海泰公司员工激励需要做的改善,最后就是对海泰公司将来员工激励的一些新的设计,目的是更好的促进海泰公司的长远发展。论文的第五章重点论述海泰公司员工激励建设的实施,将员工激励的设计落到实处,真正为企业的发展发挥作用。尤其是实施海泰公司对员工进行分类激励的实施,可谓是针对海泰公司的一项创新性员工激励模式,有助于海泰公司员工激励的健康长远发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Port of Tianjin Haitai Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haitai) was established in November 2006, its predecessor is Tianjin Wanda Engineering Co. Ltd., the company has 20 years of construction history, and step by step, to grow, especially the past five years is the company's high-speed development period. In this thesis, the theory of incentives for employees was reviewed, focusing on the employee incentive-related concepts, including the definition of motivation, incentive principle, and incentive functions. After the introduction of the traditional incentive theory, the modern theory of motivation, this is also briefly introduced the practice of the present theory of motivation. The main part of the content is to give back and provide a theoretical basis for writing thesis, writing thesis and for the back direction.
