中文摘要：	现在很多企业都面临着复杂的外部环境和内部环境，国际化、全球化趋势已经不可逆转，企业内部的重组流程管理、组织结构扁平化等需求日益深入人心，企业面临的未来发展环境不确定性因素增多，且不确定性程度提高。信息技术和信息系统以其诸多优势成为我们克服这些问题的利器，成为当代企业发展过程中不可或缺的必需品。信息化是现代制造业企业管理和运营的一个关键组成部分。作为一种特殊的制造业，制药行业因其对产品质量、生产流程等各个环节的严格控制，它的信息化具有一定的特殊性，需要企业在信息化建设结中合实际情况，在满足自身业务流程的同时，又满足一些特殊需求如GMP质量管理、计算机化系统验证等。本文选取了大型跨国集团在华新建制药企业——NZPCN公司的信息化建设的案例进行讨论，首先分析了制药行业的信息化需求和NZPCN公司的内外部环境，通过这些分析来明确NZPCN公司的信息化的需求、信息化的必要性和信息化的目标；紧接着本文研究了NZPCN公司的实际业务流程的设计，并详细分析了其业务流程各个环节的信息化建设，最终设计出了NZPCN公司的信息化集成模式以指导NZPCN公司的信息化建设；本文的最后部分讨论了NZPCN公司成功实施信息化的一些组织保障因素，如组织结构与业务职责划分、IT团队和学习型组织的建立等。通过本文的研究，可以为国内外制药企业的制定完整的信息化战略、设计合理的企业业务流程、进行完善的管理信息系统规划和高效信息化建设的提供参考和建议。
英文摘要：	Enterprise face complex internal and external environment now, the trend of globalization and internationalization cannot be reversed, enterprise reorganization and flattening have sink deep into the heart of person, unsure factors have been increased with higher risk to enterprise. IT and management information system is becoming one of the most useful and necessary tools for enterprise to cross the difficulties because of their advantages. For manufacture modernization, informationalization is already one of the key components of enterprise management and operations. Pharmaceutical industry is one of the special manufacture industries, there’s strict control of production quality and business process running though the production. So the informationalization of pharmaceutical enterprises is special and must be constructed based on actual requirement, which include business process and specified requirements of enterprise, such as relevant GMP quality management, computerized system validation, etc.The informationalization construction case of NZPCN Co., as a new facility of an International Enterprise Group, is selected to be researched in this article. Firstly, to finalize the requirement \ necessity \ objects of informationalization, there are several analysis of background of pharmaceutical industry and internal / external environment analysis of NZPCN Co. Following is the research of business process design and detailed informationalization construction for each section of business process, and then an Integrated Informationalization Module is designed to guide this action. Final section of this article is a research of organization insurance factors of informationalization construction, such like organization chart \ roles and responsibility \ IT team and organization etc. Accordingly to the research of this article, it’s aimed to provide the reference and suggestion to local Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises about the customizing of integrated informationalization strategy\reasonable design of business process and management information systesm and effective informationalization construction.
