| 中文摘要: | 随着中国经济的高速发展,基础设施建设和城镇化建设也在大规模地开展。这些都使我国的电梯市场获得了快速发展,电梯保有量和新梯产量都在高速增长,逐年突破历史纪录。随之而来的是电梯业国际巨头们的纷纷加入,本土的电梯企业也在快速成长,这一切都使得中国电梯市场的竞争越发激烈。为了适应不断加剧的市场竞争、满足不断变化的市场需求,各企业纷纷采用各自独特的方式来提升自身的竞争力,通过将最新的技术和理念融入自己的产品设计中,不断对现有产品进行快速升级。这就要求各产品研发团队在最短的周期内设计出低成本、高质量、满足市场要求的产品。作为中国电梯行业的领军企业,奥的斯电梯公司在分享市场机会的同时也面临着更多的挑战。中国的经济环境目前正在发生结构性转变,原料成本和人力资源成本都在逐步上涨,而人民币的缓慢持续升值也削弱了出口产品的价格竞争力。因此,奥的斯电梯公司有必要针对当前历史环境认真思考自身的发展道路,确定其在本行业内的核心竞争优势,并采取相应措施确保该优势的稳固,以实现公司长期稳定的发展。文章重点分析了奥的斯电梯公司的产品开发流程,通过在产品开发流程中设置关键质量控制点的方式,实现对项目进度和质量的有效控制。在产品开发后期,将质量管理和项目管理工具相结合,实现对设计质量和产品开发流程的进一步完善。通过以电梯控制柜研发项目为例,首先回顾了项目质量管理中与设计和试制阶段相关的一般理论以及奥的斯电梯有限公司内部项目质量控制相关标准和理论工具,然后分析了电梯部件研发全过程的各种活动,提出质量改进方案,并构建相应的质量控制体系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the fast development of Chinese economic, more and more construction will be made to meet the infrastructural needs and the demand of urbanization. All of these will accelerate the booming of elevator and escalator market. The elevator preservation and the new elevator production quantity increase rapidly, and the new record of them always be made year by year. The international adventures and the new domestic companies make the elevator market to be really hot. In order to satisfy the competition and changing market demands, companies reinforce their competition ability by different methods of themselves. By absorbing new technology and concept into the design process, prompt upgrade is performed on their products. So the design teams are required to provide new product rapidly which should satisfy market demands with low cost and high quality. As the leading company in Chinese market, Otis Elevator Company will face more challenges together with its opportunity. The economic structure is changing everyday in China. All these environment changes force Otis to think about the developing path of itself, and build up the persistent competitive advantages towards the competitors. OTIS new product developing process is the key point of this article. The program schedule and quality is efficiently controlled by setting key control point in the product developing process. The improvement of design quality and product developing process will be implemented by using quality and program management tools at the end of developing. According to the controller developing as an example, the first step is reviewing some OTIS internal quality controlling standards and theory tools, the second is analyzing actions in the entire developing process, summarize the improvement plan of quality, and construct the right quality controlling system. | |
