| 英文摘要： | In the paper, author takes corporate strategy of TX Shipping Company as an example. The author carefully analyzes its current status of various resources, performance during and after the financial crisis and opportunities & challenges faced during the "post-crisis era”. And author makes full use of related management theories including corporate strategy theory, competitiveness theory, STP theory and SWOT analysis to analyze TX Shipping Company’s internal and external strengths and weaknesses in depth. On the basis of analysis, author puts forward practical solutions to the problems identified and thus forms a complete system of business strategy. In this way, TX Shipping Company will make a clear understanding of strategic thinking and content in the next five years and even decades. | |
