| 中文摘要: | 战略是动态的,任何企业和个人都无法准确的预测其所采取的战略是否匹配自己的企业和目前行业竞争的环境。企业更多是从战略的基本观点和原理,以及行业的竞争环境中,以及在目前随时出现的创新和改进的技术中,去采用和制定基本符合自己所适用的战略。 CTS(天津)电子有限公司为美国CTS在华投资的子公司,是以电子元器件事业部为主,包括频率控制即FC产品系列业务等等。随着改革开放和中国进入WTO,市场带来了技术上的革新,中国本土企业FC的产品系列得到了快速发展。在此背景下,CTS天津的FC业务正处于严酷的竞争之中,出现了很多问题:其产品成本居高不下,效益在CTS天津EC事业部中最低甚至亏损,市场也进一步萎缩,其产品的成本结构和业务分布亟待调整。因此,CTS决定对天津FC业务进行战略调整,主要表现为FC业务从天津地区迁移至新加坡地区。本研究将此业务调整战略界定为业务迁移战略。本研究即是针对CTS对天津FC业务的迁移战略进行分析。第一、从计划迁移战略发生时的原点出发,分析CTS天津FC业务迁移战略的动机(集团层次);第二、对此业务迁移战略的具体举措进行分析(集团和CTS天津层次);第三、对业务迁移战略实施及其问题的分析(两个层次都有);第四、对业务迁移战略问题的解决方案分析,进一步明确迁移战略目标定位的准确性,提出一个解决问题的总体思路。最后根据以上分析给出相应的总结和建议。通过对CTS天津FC业务的迁移战略的研究,本论文希望总结出如何有效管理和实施业务迁移战略的相关知识。通过借鉴与业务迁移战略有关的知识点,如业务迁移所要考虑的问题,实施的方法,效率和效益,总公司总体目标和分公司战略决策的关系等等,本论文提供了一个系统、全面的自我追踪、评估、预测和改进的战略管理机制。其对提高CTS集团企业的整体效益和竞争力、实现企业资源优势的集中利用和可持续发展提供借鉴。本研究也希望对其他实施相应战略的企业提供有益的参考,就其如何进行战略性调整,从何种方式入手,战略性调整出现的问题如何调整,监督和改善,提供有益的参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Strategy is dynamic. Any Enterprise and People cannot accurately forecast whether they can take a reasonable strategy to match the conditions of their own companies and current the great industry competitive environment. Base on the basic opinions and original theories of strategy, the great industry competitive environment, and current quick innovation and improved technology at any time, enterprise only take and built the reasonable and matched our own company’s strategy. CTS (Tianjin) Electronics Company Limited is the subsidiary company of CTS Corporation which mainly focuses on the electronics component business which includes FC business products and so on. Then with reform and opening up and taking part in WTO of China, the innovation of technolofy has come into a great development. And the markets of FC business related products got quickly developed. Under the background, CTS Tianjin FC business is being faced a serious competitive situation. There are many problems in FC business. The high cost is very normal and continually grow up. The performance of FC business is the lowest and even lost in the EC business of CTS Tianjin. Based on different resources and capabilities, the cost structure and the distributing of FC products need quickly to adjust to adapt current poor performance and competitive environment. So CTS top management decided to take the strategic adjustment which mainly delivers that Tianjin FC business is transferred to Singapore. The study of the paper will define the strategic adjustment to business transferring strategy. The paper mainly focuses on the study of transferring strategy for CTS Tianjin FC business. Firstly, we come to the original point that CTS decided to plan the transferring strategy to analysis the motivation of the strategy (from Top Managemtn of Enterprise of CTS); Secondly, we analysis the detailed actions of the transferring strategy (Enterprise and Tinjin company). Thirdly, we analyze the implement problem of the transferring strategy (both of two sides). Fourthly, we analyze the solutions of the transferring strategic implement problems and clarify clearly the position’s correction of the transferring strategy to work out the solution of the overall view. Finally, based on what has been analyzed, we can give related summary and suggestion. Through the study of the transferring strategy, we hope that we can sum up the knowledge of how to manage effectively and hwo to implement the transferring strategy. Referring the knowledge of Business transferring strategy, such as the problems of business transferring, the way of implementation, the efficiency and benefit, the overall goal of enterprise and subsidiary company’s strategic decision, the paper provides a systematiand comprehensive self tracking, evaluation, forecast and improeved strategic management mechanism. And also give a good reference for CTS enpterprise improve the overall of efficiency and competitiveness, and how to achieve the concentration of utilization for enterprise resource advantage and maintain the sustainable development. In the meanwhile, we also hope that we can give s a good reference to those companies that want to take transferring strategy. In a world, how to do the strategic adjustment, and what kind of way to start, and how to handle and monitor and improve when the strategic adjustment comes into issues, the paper can provide the beneficial reference. | |
