| 中文摘要: | 生产计划与控制是制造型企业生产管理工作的核心,也是生产系统的一个重要组成部分。在整个生产系统中,资源的获得、转换和分配都是通过生产计划与控制来实现的。对于企业来说,生产计划与控制管理的好坏决定了企业是否有效利用了各种资源,现行的生产方式是否是最为经济的生产方式。因此,作为制造型企业生产管理的核心,生产计划与控制的组织实施将直接影响企业价值的创造,同时也是企业在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,保持长盛不衰的核心和关键。 本文以天津电装电子有限公司(简称TDE公司)为例,介绍了其生产计划与控制管理的现状和存在的问题。指出了对其进行改进优化的必要性,并从降低企业生产管理成本和提高生产管理工作效率的角度出发,研究了在精益生产和准时制生产的理论思想指导下,TDE公司在生产需求预测,原材料库存管理,生产计划制定和生产作业控制四个环节的改进策略。帮助企业实现生产资源的充分高效利用,杜绝一切浪费,也为TDE公司成功实现产品成本降低的公司整体战略目标奠定基础。 本文将精益生产的思想及准时制的管理理念引入到生产计划与控制的管理工作中,是对生产计划与控制理论有效的完善和补充。同时将其实际应用到TDE公司的生产管理实践中,取得了适应公司整体发展战略的研究成果,同时也对我国制造型企业改进生产计划与控制管理模式,积极应对激烈的市场竞争环境提供了借鉴和参考。文中立足企业,因地制宜提出的改进措施,注重了现实的可操作性,对企业的实际运用和执行具有现实的指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | A production planning and control of manufacturing enterprises is the core of production management for manufacturing enterprises, and also an important component of the production system. In the whole production system acquisition, conversion and allocation of production resources are accomplished by the production planning and control. For the enterprise, production planning and control determines whether production resources are utilized effectively, and whether the implementing production model is the optimization model. Therefore, as the core of production management for manufacturing enterprise, the development and implementation of an optimization model for production planning and control have a direct influence on the creation of enterprise value, while it is also crucial for enterprises to stand out and develop consistently in the fierce market. In this paper, taking Tianjin DENSO Electronics Company Limited.(referred to as TDE) as an example, we present its implementing situation and existing issues of production planning and control, and point out the necessity of optimization. In order to minimize the cost of production management and maximize the effectiveness of production management, according to the theory of lean production and JIT production theory we research on improvement strategies for four parts of manufacturing operations of TDE----the forecast of production demand, raw material management, production planning and production control. Then we can help TDE utilize production resources sufficiently and effectively, avoid any possible waste, and also build a foundation to successfully accomplish the TDE’s overall strategic target of cost minimization. In this paper we lead lean production and JIT management concept into production planning and control management in order to effectively perfect and amend the theory of production planning and control. This theory is applied to the production management practice of TDE, and adapt to the company's overall development strategy. And it also provides a persuasive reference for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to perfect production planning and control management model, and be competitiveness in the fierce market. In terms of enterprise's local conditions, we’re supposed to present improvement approaches, emphasize the practical operability, and point out the practical application in this paper. | |
