中文摘要：	成长障碍，即一般意义上的新进入缺陷，是企业在新创业务中由于涉业时间不长、运营没有达到成熟阶段，由于业务本身的“新”和“小”所带来的天然的竞争劣势，这种成长障碍不仅广泛存在于创业企业，并且在成熟企业中也是普遍存在的。由此导致的不仅仅是企业自身的经济问题，更是整个社会创新力的问题。成长障碍伴随着业务的创建与成长可能会持续较长的时期，它是一系列条件、问题和组织特征的集中体现。成长障碍随着业务规模的增加会相对减弱，但是规模的扩大并不保证成长障碍一定会消失，现有理论还无法对此进行详尽解释。 因此，为了更好地研究这种成长障碍，我们首先在现有理论的基础上提出了研究框架，并以初创信息技术企业——立标新智公司为研究对象，分析其在新创“目标行为分析系统”业务中所面临的成长障碍以及由此带来的一些列问题。 作为一种知识型和创新型经济体，信息技术企业有着不同于其他传统产业的成长特点，为此，本文以管理学中的企业成长理论为基础，紧密结合信息技术企业的特点，抓住企业成长障碍这个核心问题进行研究。本文首先分析了初创信息技术企业的特征，回顾了企业成长相关理论，特别对初创企业成长障碍的理论进行了综述。在此基础上，本文从资源稀缺性、合法性和不确定性三个维度出发，深入探讨初创信息技术企业的成长障碍问题，并根据不同的维度分别提出了初创信息技术企业克服成长障碍的有效途径。以此为依据，对北京立标新智科技有限公司在创业和发展过程中面临的主要成长障碍进行了分析和识别。 结合理论与实践的分析，本文提出了针对该公司以上障碍的解决方案，以期促进公司进一步的成长与发展。与此同时，由于本研究框架的普适性，也将为我国信息技术企业克服创业初期的成长障碍，提升初创企业的存活率提供一定的理论依据和实践指导。
英文摘要：	Growth Disorder, generally known as Liability of Newness, means the intrinsic competitive disadvantage of firms resulting from its immaturity in the industry and in new business. It prevails both in start-ups and grown-ups. Consequently, the negative impacts that it brings are not just the performances of firms themselves, but also the innovative capabilities of the society as a whole. Growth Disorder, as a combined reflection of conditions, problems and organization features, may exist in firms for a long and lasting time. Admittedly, expansion of firm scale may lead to the weakening of Growth Disorder, but its disappearance is not doomed. Current theories do not work at least. To have a better understanding upon Growth Disorder, the thesis puts forward a research framework on the basis of current theories targeting Livs which is a newly established information technology firm. The thesis analyzes the Growth Disorder and the consequences it brings to the company’s new business named Analytical System of Target Behavior. As a new-typed economic entity related to knowledge and innovation, firms of information technology has different growth characters from other traditional industries. Given this backdrop, the thesis, based on The Theory of the Growth of the Firm, researches on the core issue of Growth Disorder by analyzing the features of firms of information technology. First of all, the thesis analyzes the features of newly established information technology firms and introduces relevant theories of firm growth, particularly the theories on Growth Disorder of start-ups. And then the thesis carries an in-depth analysis on Growth Disorder of newly established information technology firms from the perspectives of scarcity, legality and uncertainty and puts forward effective methods in overcoming Growth Disorder from different perspectives. Based on this, the thesis analyses and spots the main Growth Disorder of Livs Company in the course of its preliminary and developing stage. Based on the analyses of theories and practices, the thesis comes up with solution aiming at spurring growth and development of the company. What is more, due to its universality, the research framework can be adopted to provide theoretical and practical guidance in solving Growth Disorder of start-ups related to information technology and improving the survival rate of start-ups.
