| 中文摘要: | 摘 要企业管理是在一定的制度文化背景下进行的。同样的一种管理理论(或管理思想),应用在不同的时代、不同的国家、不同的企业,其产生的效果是截然不同。中国是一个具有悠久文化传统的国家,传统管理思想是传统文化的重要组成部分。著名的管理学家陈炳富先生在改革开放初期就对中国传统管理思想的运用给予了重要关注,他一生孜孜以求就是创建古今结合、中外结合、学科结合、理论与实践结合的具有中国特色的现代管理学的理论体系和方法,从而培养和造就中国自己的管理专家。从20世纪末到当前,伴随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,中国家族企业得到了前所未有的发展。与此同时,以陈先生为代表一大批管理研究者和实践者也纷纷提出了很多传统管理思想应运用家族企业管理的方式方法,受到了理论界和实践者的高度关注,对中国家族企业的经营管理起到了很大的指导和借鉴作用。不少家族企业也成功地将传统管理思想导入到企业的日常生产经营,取得了很好效果。本论文在梳理前人对于中国传统管理思想和家族企业的研究成果,包括传统管理思想的来源、发展脉络、现有的主要应用模型和家族企业生命周期等的基础上,借鉴西方利益相关者理论、企业生命周期理论等理论工具,对现有传统管理思想应用模型进行比较研究,力图为家族企业的管理者构建一个可以参考的传统管理思想应用新模式,并以宁波方太集团的发展历程进行了案例研究。从而得出的相关结论:一是传统管理思想在现代企业特别是家族企业经营管理中仍然具有应用价值;二是传统管理思想在现代企业特别是家族企业中的应用必须与西方现代管理理论相结合;三是中国的家族企业可以建立起依托中国传统管理思想的管理模式并成为卓越企业。 关键词:中国传统管理思想 利益相关者理论 企业生命周期 家族企业 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Enterprise management system is in a certain context of culture. Same kind of management theory (or management ideas), applications at different times, different countries, different companies, the resulting effect is different. China is a country with a long cultural tradition, traditional management thinking is an important part of traditional culture. Well-known management expert Mr. Chen Bingfu in China's reform and opening up on the use of traditional management thinking to give a major concern, his life is to create sought-after combination of ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign combined, the subject combination of theory and practice with Chinese characteristics of modern management theoretical system and methods to cultivate and foster China's own management experts. From the late 20th century to the present, along with China's socialist market economic system, the gradual establishment of the Chinese family business has been an unprecedented development. At the same time, Mr. Chen represented by a large number of management researchers and practitioners have also made a lot of traditional management thinking should be used to manage the family business ways, by theorists and practitioners of great concern to the Chinese family business management has played a lot of guidance and reference. Many family businesses are successful in the traditional management thinking into the daily production operations, and achieved good results. Sort out their predecessors in this paper for the traditional Chinese family business management thinking and research, including the source of traditional management thinking, development context, the main applications of existing models and the family business life cycle, etc., based on existing traditional management thinking comparative study of the application model, trying to build a family business managers can refer to the application of traditional management thinking of the new model, and the development of Ningbo Fitle Group conducted a case study course. Concluded that:First, the traditional management thinking in the modern enterprise management, especially in the family business still has value; Second, the traditional management thinking in the modern family business enterprises, especially in the application of modern management theory and the West must be combined; third Chinese family business China can rely on to establish a management model of traditional management thinking and become an excellent enterprise.
