中文摘要:随着近几年中国钢铁总产量的逐年增加,钢铁贸易行业也日渐活跃起来。由于所处地理位置以及当地的经济、社会发展状况,自北向南形成了天津、上海、广州三大钢铁贸易集散地。各地区均云集了数以千计的钢铁贸易企业,这些企业有大型国有贸易公司,也有大型钢铁生产企业的销售公司,更多的是民营中小型钢铁贸易公司。如何在钢铁贸易这个竞争激烈的行业中获得立足之地,并进一步发展壮大,是摆在众多中小型钢铁贸易企业面前的紧迫问题。本论文重点对天津市中小型钢铁贸易企业的经营发展战略做了初步探讨,从战略发展模式的选择、实施以及注意事项几个角度进行了系统分析。本论文根据实地调研以及数据整理发现,中小型钢铁贸易企业若能够拓展其在行业价值链上的环节,充分运用纵向一体化的经营战略(包括前向一体化和后向一体化),可以减轻单纯贸易企业之间的竞争强度,提高企业利润,进而取得更大的发展空间。钢铁行业的价值链,从铁矿石、焦炭作为原材料开始,经由钢铁生产企业炼钢车间炼出钢坯,再根据需要,轧出板、管、型、线等不同类型的产品,通过钢厂的加工配送中心,经过几层钢铁贸易企业的分销,最后到达终端用户的手中。中小型钢铁贸易企业通过延伸自己的经营边界到物流、加工、配送、进出口等环节,可以规避单一的经营模式带来的弊端,进入全新的经营发展轨道上。通过前向一体化,增加按需加工、按需配送,加强与最终用户的联系;通过后向一体化,可以成为钢厂的原材料供应商,由此获得更丰厚的贸易回报。面对众多的战略发展方向,天津市润飞钢铁贸易有限公司选择了纵向一体化发展战略,结合企业自身特点,探索出了一条独特的企业发展路径。本论文通过这个典型企业案例,说明纵向一体化战略对天津地区中小型钢铁贸易企业的发展是可行和有效的,对于其他地区的钢铁贸易企业也有良好的借鉴意义。文章最后分析了这种经营发展战略的创新以及未来的发展趋势。 
英文摘要:With China's steel production capacity enlarged year by year, steel trade industry has been warmed up. Due to the geographical position, local economic and social development condition, from the north to the south formed Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou three steel trade centers in China. Each area gathered in thousands of steel trade enterprises, including large state-owned trading company, large steel production enterprise sales department, most are private firms. How to struggle in this fierce competition industry, then to get a steady development, is the biggest problem for small and medium-sized steel trading enterprise to face. This thesis focused on business development strategy of small and medium-sized steel trading enterprises in Tianjin, from strategic development model selection, implementing and other matters need to be noted. This thesis found that, if iron and steel trade enterprise can expand its industry value chain, and make full use of vertical integration business strategy (including former integration and backward integration), then alleviate enterprise's competition strength, improving corporate profits. The steel industry value chain, start from iron ore, coke as raw material, steel production enterprise melting, rolling out steel plates, steel tubes, steel channels, steel wires, through steel processing and distribution center, finally to end user's hand. Small and medium-sized steel trading enterprise through extend its business border to logistics, processing, distribution, import and export processes, can avoid single operation mode. Face numerous strategic development directions, Tianjin Runfei Trade Co., Ltd chose vertical integration development strategy, explores a unique development path. Finally, this thesis analyzed this business development strategy innovation and the future trend of development.
