中文摘要：	摘 要最近几年，随着办公信息系统文件服务外包理念的不断发展和国内文件服务外包实践的不断深入，我国企业逐渐关注并重视文件服务外包活动所带来的利益。企业管理者如何能够更好的运用办公信息系统文件服务外包模式来降低企业文件处理成本，改善文件管理流程，提升工作效率；同时又能降低文件服务外包带来的风险，使企业相关员工能够把主要精力放在核心业务上，从而帮助提升企业的核心竞争力，将是本文重点研究的内容。本文将从企业管理者和应用者的角度进行论证研究。首先对选题的背景意义和国内外的研究现状进行了分析，明确界定了研究对象——办公信息系统文件服务外包管理研究。其次本文应用管理学和经济学的理论对办公信息系统文件服务外包进行了深入的分析，从资源基础理论、资源依存理论、核心竞争力理论和交易成本理论、代理理论几个角度阐释了文件服务外包的必要性。在理论研究的基础上，本文对办公信息系统文件服务外包的动因、内涵和风险进行了分析，并对文件服务外包的主体构成和文件服务外包的方式做了介绍。同时重点研究了一般文件服务外包流程管理和涉密文件服务外包流程管理，提供了文件服务外包案例，并进行了例证分析。本文对办公信息系统文件服务外包进行了系统的阐述和分析，总结出了文件服务外包管理中的一些普遍规律和管理要点，为企业选择文件服务外包模式提供了参考和建议，具有现实意义。
英文摘要：	Abstract In recent years the office information system files service outsourcing in China experienced rapid development, the file service outsourcing as a resource strategy in the enterprise information technology outsourcing the position of the strengthened day by day. Along with the documents service outsourcing concept development and the domestic file service outsourcing practice unceasingly thoroughly, our country enterprise gradually focus and attention to file service outsourcing activities of the benefits that have used the office information system, file service outsourcing outsourcing model to reduce cost, improve enterprise processing documents file management process and improve working efficiency, make enterprise relevant employees will be able to focus on core business, which help to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. This article will in management science and economics on the basis of the theory of office information. This paper from the enterprise operators and users of the Angle of argument analysis. On the background of the first topic significance and the present situation of the research at home and abroad are analyzed, and define the research object-office information system files service outsourcing management research.Then this paper applied the theory of management and economy of office information system files service outsourcing of the in-depth analysis, from resource-based theory, resources dependence theory, the core competitiveness theory and transaction cost theory, agency theory several Angle explains the necessity of file service outsourcing.
