| 中文摘要: | 伴随中国经济及金融业不断向纵深发展,作为金融领域三大支柱之一的保险业,近年来取得了突破性的飞跃。行业发展到一定阶段,必定需要更明细的社会分工、更专业的技能以及更完善的服务—保险中介应运而生。和其他事物一样,保险中介一方面依靠保险业不断发展而获得更广阔的生存空间,另一方面则遵循其自身发展规律而调整变化。目前,无论是行业内部、监管机构、社会公众等都认可保险中介行业具有广阔的发展前景,却也同时普遍认为此间存在不少问题。保险中介公司的一般经营模式,往往是以一个代理主体身份出现,与保险公司合作,并收取一定额度的代理费用,而一些有特点的保险中介公司,在传统经营模式的基础上,通过资本运作方式,开辟了新了经营模式,实现企业盈利,企业价值增值,并吸引国内外大小风投资本,竞相投资,而F公司就是这样的经营模式的代表企业。因此,如何正确看待保险中介的经营环境并研究此种有特点的经营模式,如何根据现有经营模式,分析其优劣势,对优势进行借鉴,对其经营模式问题及风险,采取各种对策,以加快F公司在保险中介行业的发展,正是本文研究的目的及意义所在。围绕以上主题,本文共分六个主要部分:第一章绪论,阐述论文的选题背景和意义,对保险中介研究文献进行回顾和综述,并简要介绍文章的研究内容、方法、创新及不足等。第二章为理论基础,因经营模式的目标为盈利及价值增值,主要介绍价值创造及相应模型以备分析。第三章根据实际情况,对F保险中介进行介绍,阐述F公司经营特点及经营新尝试。第四章用波特价值链模型及经济增加值指标对F公司经营模式上的进行评析。第五章通过理论模型分析,阐述其经营模式问题及相应的对策。第六章为总结。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of social economy and finance, one of the three pillars of the insurance industry, has achieved great breakthrough. As the development of Insurance Industry to a certain stage, it requires more detailed division in society, more professional skills and better services, so the insurance intermediary emerges as the times require. The insurance intermediary relies on insurance industry development, while obtaining more extensive living space, on the other hand, it has its own development law and change. At present, both within the industry, regulators, the public have recognized the insurance intermediary industry has broad prospects for development, while considering it with many problems. Insurance intermediary company general operating mode, is often an agent status, cooperating with insurance companies, and collecting a certain amount of agent cost, and some have the features, with the traditional mode of operation of the foundation, through the way of capital operation, opens up a new business model, which achieves company profit, enterprise value, attracting domestic and foreign venture capital investment with eager, F company is such a business model to represent the enterprise.
