中文摘要: | 随着信息技术的迅速发展,客户对企业产品和服务质量的要求日益加强,使得人才价值日益体现出来。企业战略规划目标的实现已经离不开人力资源,企业中人才的数量和质量已经成为可以决定其兴衰成败的关键性因素。企业只有在人力资本管理与人力资源管理信息化应用中注重“战略化与精细化、分析力与洞察力、科技化与人性化、效率与价值、信息化集成与文化提升以及HRM职业化与HR服务机构专业化”等几方面的平衡,才能在激烈的竞争中胜出。随着时代的发展,越来越多的企业开始重视人力资源开发与管理。本论文依据S公司属于大型机械制造企业这个实际情况,结合人力资源管理信息系统(HRMIS)实施过程中的管理和操作经验,通过对S公司人力资源管理工作进行全面、细致的规划设计与研究分析,凭借最实用的技术,从人力资源的角度,将与人力资源相关的数据全部进行统一管理,形成信息源,运用结构化的解决方法进行需求分析,为该公司设计一套企业人力资源管理信息系统(HRMIS)平台。本论文以S公司实施建设人力资源管理信息系统(HRMIS)为实例。首先,通过对S公司的人力资源管理现状进行分析,找出S公司人力资源管理存在的问题,并分析其需求原因;其次,提出了S公司构建人力资源管理信息系统(HRMIS)的设计原则和目标、设计思路、系统选型和设计内容等,以及所实施系统的核心管理模块的建设等解决方案;最后,结合S公司实施人力资源管理信息系统(HRMIS)的实践,概括总结出公司实施人力资源管理信息系统(HRMIS)的保障措施。 S公司人力资源管理信息系统(HRMIS)以友好的用户界面、强有力的报表生成工具等功能帮助企业实现事务性人事管理向战略性人力资源管理的转变,使得人力资源管理人员得以摆脱繁重的日常工作,人力资源管理的日常业务也在信息系统的协助下变得高效、快捷,从而优化公司人力资源管理流程,提高工作效率,改善人力资源管理部门的服务质量,为公司领导者提供决策支持,提升竞争力,真正为S公司提供全方位的人力资源管理信息化解决方案。 | |
英文摘要: | Along with the development of information technology, customers continuously improve requirements for products quality and its services; the battle for talent is fierce day by day. Human resource has become important resources for the enterprise to achieve the strategic objectives. The quantity and quality of personnel in enterprises is the key factor in the success or failure of the enterprise. The enterprise only to realize " people and things match with optimization that business person fit for the job and play full scope and make full use of the talents", at the same time it focus on "the strategy and refinement, analysis and insight, science and humanity, efficiency and value, information integration and cultural promotion and HRM occupation and HR service specialization " and the balance of other aspects in the management of human capital and human resource management information application so as to win in the competition. With the development of the times, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to human resources development and management. This paper is basis on the actual situation that S company belongs to the large machinery manufacturing enterprises, combined human resources management information system ( HRMIS ) in the course of the implementation of management and operational experience, by conducting a comprehensive, detailed planning and design and analyzing on S corporation human resource management, relevant data of human resources will be united managed from the point of human resources management with the most common technology.
