| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济的飞速发展,企业也在面临着日益竞争激烈的市场。核心人才的竞争成为企业发展至关重要的因素之一。作为企业重要战略管理职能之一的人力资源部门,也在思考如何帮助企业在日益竞争的环境中保留核心人才,使得企业能有更大的发展,并且能够可持续发展。如何对核心人才进行保留成为了人力资源部门面临的严峻挑战,也是帮助企业完成优势竞争的重要方面之一。本文界定了保险行业,合资公司,中国文化背景以及核心人才几个条件为研究范围,试图通过对S保险公司的核心人才保留现状进行分析,反映出保险行业的核心人才保留问题并加以研究。本文首先对核心人才的保留问题进行简要背景论述。通过研究核心人才理论以及保留相关理论,结合S公司目前发展背景和核心人才人力资源管理现状,探索研究S公司核心人才保留管理问题,并且结合问题提出S公司核心人才保留管理的对策和方法。最后,对保险行业的核心人才保留问题进行总结和展望。根据本人在S公司的实际工作经验,通过实际情况分析了保险行业核心人才的保留问题,研究了相关理论并提出对策。希望本文对于国内目前保险行业的核心人才保留的研究能提供第一手的资料,与同行业人力资源管理人员进行交流,也希望研究结果能为未来核心人才的保留发展管理和研究提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of global economic, corporations also face for big challenges. The competition of key talent has become the key factor for corporation development. Human Resources department which is one of the most important strategy departments is considering how to help corporation to keep key talent and also develop the corporation sustainability. How to keep key talent has become the challenge of Human Resources department and it is also become the competitive advantage. The paper is focusing on insurance industry, joint-venture Company, Chinese culture background and key talent. It studies and analyses the S company and reflects key talent keeping problem of insurance industry. At the beginning, the paper reviews the background of key talent keeping. Through the studies of talent theory and talent keeping related theories, considering the developing background and key talent situation, the paper discovers the problem of keeping key talent of company S. Combining with the key talent current of company S, the paper supplies some countermeasures. Finally, it gives summary and suggestions for key talent keeping of insurance industry. As the writer had several years’ working experience in company S, according to the true story to analyze the problem of key talent keeping problem of insurance industry and study related theory and status then provide the suggestions. Maybe it will help for study of keeping key talent, communicate with other HR of insurance industry and provide the study materials, hope the paper will useful for it. | |
