中文摘要:丰田生产方式是在大野耐一领导下的一批丰田人在几十年的实践中逐步建立完善起来的一套制造管理体系。它以为股东,客户, 员工和社会创造价值为目的, 以彻底消除价值流中的一切浪费为目标,在持续改善的基础上,以准时化与自働化为支柱,追求以低成本, 高效率地制造高质量产品[1]。在这个高度信息化,技术化和全球化的竞争环境中,越来越多的企业认识到只有坚持不渝地实行精益生产,在不断改善客户服务的同时追求低成本运营,才能获得生存和发展的机会。 随着企业精益生产体系的不断推进和深化,企业绩效测评,作为评估企业效率的重要手段和指引企业进行有效变革的重要工具,已经成为很多企业在精益进程中的一个新的瓶颈,传统的绩效测评方式越来越不能满足现代企业应对不断变化的市场环境的需要,企业需要一种适合精益生产方式的测评体系。本文首先回顾了精益生产的理论体系和实施工具,然后系统分析了企业绩效测评的各类方法的优势和弊端,进而基于精益生产企业绩效的特点进行了不同维度的研究,分别从战略,客户,员工,流程,财务业绩等各个维度进行了系统的研究,建立了基于利益相关者理论的精益生产绩效的评估模型。本文结合工程机械行业企业CA 公司的实例论述了测评体系在实施过程中的策略,以及组织文化和组织流程在测评体系实施中的保证作用。本文对企业进行正确的精益绩效测评及对随后的改善推进活动具有指导意义。 
英文摘要:Toyota Production System (TPS) is a production management system built by Ohno through practice of many years. It aims to creat value for stakeholders, customers, employees and society. Its goal is to eliminate all of waste in value stream. TPS pursues to produce high quality product based on continuous improvement, supported by JIT and Jidoka.Under the competitive circumstance of high information, high tech and high globalization, more and more enterprises realize it can get survival and development opportunities no other than insist on the Lean Production and continous improvement on customer service as well as operation at low cost. Along with the in-depth development of TPS, enterprise performance appraisal, as an important method of evaluating efficiency and important tool of guiding enterprise to effectively transform, has been a new bottleneck on the way of pursuing lean. The traditional appraisal system cannot meet the requirement of enterprise to response to the continous changed environment. An appraisal system is needed to appropriate to lean production. This thesis reviewed lean production principle and implement method at first, then analyzed the respective advantage and disadvantage of different appraisal method. This thesis studies the appraisal method from multiple points of view as strategy, customer, employee, process, financial performance based on the feature of lean production. A lean production performance appraisal system is built based on stakeholder theory. A case study on CA Company in engineering equipment industry is presented and demonstrated the strategy in appraisal system implement. This thesis also presents the support function from the organizational culture and process and provides guidance on sound appraisal of enterprise’s lean production performance and consequent continous improvement.
