中文摘要:在多数产品同质化和严重过剩,国内、外不确定性因素激增的背景下,企业应收账款风险在不断加大,而很多企业并未能对其进行有效管理,对企业的经营现金流、净现值等造成了负面影响,同时也给利益相关者带来了难以弥补的经济损失。所以,研究企业应收账款风险管理具有很重要的现实意义,有助于提高企业产品竞争力,保障企业的资金安全,提高企业投资回报率。本文以天津特隆生化公司为例,采用定性与定量结合的方法,在总结前人理论与研究成果的基础上对企业应收账款风险管理进行了有益的探讨。本文内容分为五章。第一章论述了研究的背景、意义、方法及框架内容。第二章,在回顾风险及应收账款理论的基础上,对应收账款风险理论做了进一步的讨论。指出传统风险理论的局限,并探讨了应收账款信用风险测度方法的选择,将金融机构的信用风险测度模型应用到企业,推导了企业信用风险度量的简约模式。第三章,以特隆生化公司为例对企业应收账款风险的因素进行了分析。作者认为应收账款风险受客户因素、企业内部因素及外部环境不确定性因素的影响,分别形成信用风险、经营风险与市场风险。然后,从一般环境、产业环境、战略群组三个层面分析了外部环境因素对应收账款风险的影响。认为只有增强战略柔性才能降低应收账款的市场风险。最后,从企业视角的战略选择、资源配置及价值活动三个层面分析了应收账款的经营风险。作者认为应收账款风险是企业产品市场竞争力的反映。产品竞争力决定了对赊销方式的依赖程度,企业利润率决定了其对应收账款风险的承受力。企业应该按着风险收益原则来配置资源,即以最小的风险代价赢取最大的投资收益。指出了特隆生化公司在应收账款风险管理方面存在的缺陷。第四章,以特隆生化公司为例,提出了用外部导向的内部控制框架作为企业应收账款风险管理的解决方案,克服了传统内部控制的局限性。并提出从营销过程控制、信用管理及财务控制三条流程主线来控制应收账款风险实现企业经营目标的控制活动体系。第五章,对本文总结并给出结论。 
英文摘要:In the background that most products is in serious surplus and homogenization, domestic and external uncertainties surge, the risk of enterprise accounts receivable continues increase, and many companies have not its effective management, the business cash flow, net present value and etc. bear a negative impact, but also to the stakeholders brought irreparable economic losses. Therefore, the research of enterprise accounts receivable risk management has a very important practical significance, it helps to improve the competitiveness of products, protect the enterprise's financial security, and improving return on investment. In this paper, Tianjin Telong Biochemical Company, for example, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, based on the conclusion of previous theoretical and research, made a useful discussion about the enterprise accounts receivable risk management. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter discusses the background, significance, methodology and framework for the content to the study. Chapter II, based on the review of accounts receivable and risk theory the accounts receivable risk theory was further discussed. Pointed out the limitations of traditional risk theory, and discussed the choice of measurement method on accounts receivable credit risk, the financial institution's credit risk measurement model was applied to enterprise, the simple model to measure enterprise credit risk was derived. Chapter III, Telong Biochemical Company, for example the enterprise accounts receivable risk factors were analyzed. The author believes that the risk of accounts receivable were caused by customer factors, internal factors and external environmental uncertainty factors, formed credit risk, operational risk and market risk respectively. Then, from the general environment, industry environment, strategic group analyzed the influence of the three levels of external environmental factors to the accounts receivable risk. The author believes that only enhance the strategic flexibility in order to reduce market risk of accounts receivable. Finally, the business risk of accounts receivable were analyzed in three levels from the enterprise perspective of strategic choice, resource allocation and value of activities. The authors believes that the risk of accounts receivable reflected the enterprise market competitiveness. The market competitiveness of products determines the dependence on credit, company profit margin determines the risk tolerance to accounts receivable. And that the companies should allocate the resources according to the principle of risk-adjusted returns, in order to minimize the cost of risk to win the biggest return on investment. The defects of Telong Biochemical Company accounts receivable risk management were pointed out. Chapter IV, to Telong Biochemical Company, for example, made use of external-oriented internal control framework as an enterprise accounts receivable risk management solution to overcome the limitations of traditional internal control. And a control activities system which contains three main processes made from the marketing process control, credit management and financial control was proposed to control the risk of accounts receivable to achieve enterprise’s objectives. Chapter V, the paper summarizes and gives conclusions.
