中文摘要:随着中国加入WTO,经济全球化和世界多极化使我国企业面临着激烈的市场竞争环境,如何获取和保持竞争优势成为企业面临的难题。越来越多的企业意识到,人力资源是企业最宝贵、最具创造力和价值的资源,最大限度地调动员工的主观能动性,加强人力资源开发,挖掘人力资源潜力,是确保企业在竞争中立于不败之地的重要法宝。绩效管理是一套系统的员工业绩与能力评价机制,也是员工与企业之间价值取向形成统一的重要途径。通过绩效目标的制定与分解,企业可以将使命、愿景转化为具体的目标体系,让员工看到自身工作与企业发展之间休戚相关的关系,指明员工努力的方向,激发员工的工作热情。关注绩效,是企业管理逐步走向成熟与规范的具体表现,有效的绩效管理不仅是企业提高运营质量、降低运营成本、增加运营收益的有效途径,也是实现企业与个人“双赢”的重要途径。本文在回顾绩效相关理论基础上,以TF公司经营部为例,对员工绩效管理进行了实例分析。TF公司经营部员工绩效管理已实行2年多时间,从实施效果来看,一定程度上加强了业务管理,使各项工作推进有了明确的方向,但仍存在绩效管理定位不清晰、绩效管理流程不健全、绩效考核系统不科学,绩效沟通与反馈系统缺失等问题。本文在充分调查、研究公司相关资料的基础上,运用目标管理(MBO)等方法,对经营部员工的绩效管理从绩效管理流程、绩效考核系统、绩效反馈系统、绩效结果运用等方面进行了优化,并进一步提出了实施注意事项及保障措施。本文力求通过对TF公司经营部员工绩效管理优化的探索,建立一套科学、简洁、高效的绩效管理体系,以提升组织绩效,实现组织与个人的共同发展。 
英文摘要:With China's accession to the WTO, the economic globalization and multi-polarization make Chinese enterprises facing intense market competition. How to obtain and maintain competitive advantages become a problem of the enterprises. More and more enterprises realize that human resource is the most valuable and creative resource. To maximize the mobilization of the employee's initiative, strengthen human resource development, tap the potential of human resource are the guarantee for the victory of the enterprises in the competition . Performance management is not only a performance system and capability evaluation mechanism, but also a way to form unified value orientation between employees and. enterprise. Through the performance target setting and decomposition, the mission, vision can be transferred into specific target system, which allowing employees to see the importance of their work to the enterprise development. Pay attention to the performance management is the symbol of maturity and standardization of the enterprise. Effective performance management can not only improve service quality, but also reduce operating costs and increase incomes. It is an efficient way to achieve " win-win "result between enterprises and individuals. Based on the review of performance theories, the thesis takes Sales Department of TF company for example to analyze the employee performance management. TF company has been practicing employee performance management for more than 2 years. The implementation effect is obvious, to some extent, to strengthen the business management, make each task advances a clear direction, but still existing some problems, such as performance management positioning is not clear, performance management process is not perfect, the performance appraisal system is not scientific, the performance of communication and feedback system is missing. After full investigation, In this thesis, research on the basis of relevant information, using management by objectives ( MBO ) and other methods, to operate the employee's performance management from the process of performance management, performance appraisal system, performance feedback system, usage of performance results and other aspects of the optimization, and further put forward the matters needing attention and protection measures. This thesis through to the TF Corporation to operate the Department of employee performance management optimization of exploration, to establish a set of scientific, concise, effective performance management system, to improve the organizational performance, organizational and personal development.
