中文摘要：	随着盐业体制改革的逐步深入，昌邑盐业公司做为原盐与盐化工生产和销售为一体的企业，既担负着食盐专营与盐政执法的社会责任，又面临着公司自身改革和发展的现实问题。昌邑卤水矿产资源由于过量开采，日益减少，对原盐产量和溴素产量造成很大影响；同时北部沿海经济开发区建设的加快，势必会占用部分盐田，为公司的发展造成了不确定因素；加上矿盐和湖盐的大幅度扩产，使海盐市场逐步萎缩，面临如此形势，昌邑盐业公司如何在严峻的市场形势下，采取有效的竞争措施，在市场竞争的大潮中突出重围，立于不败之地，促进企业持续健康可持续发展是本文研究的目的和意义所在。研究内容主要主要为通过对昌邑盐业公司发展历程的回顾和盐及盐化工行业发展现状的分析介绍，列举出公司内部具有的优势和劣势以及外部存在的机会和威胁，利用科学的现代企业战略管理理论对其进行系统分析，最后确定出一套比较切合实际的公司发展战略，并提出了实施发展战略应采用的支持保障措施。研究方法采用文献研究和案例分析相结合的方法进行研究。通过运用SWOT分析法对公司的发展战略进行选择，得出昌邑盐业公司在进一步发展过程中，要把改革创新、人才培养、企业文化建设和增强企业核心竞争力作为基本战略，并切实抓好食盐专营，搞好社会服务，还可审时度势地实行一体化战略，同时审慎采取多元化战略。如此，才能保证公司顺利向前发展。
