中文摘要：	本文的研究目的是在对山西地电公司供电区经济、社会及电力需求进行充分调查和系统研究的基础上，制定科学的电网发展规划，为山西地电公司战略决策提供科学依据，为未来五年发展指明方向。论文以市场调查与预测理论和区域经济分析理论为指导，以山西地方电力股份有限公司供电区的电网发展为研究对象，在对公司供电区产业发展环境及电力市场需求进行充分调研的基础上，制定了公司未来五年的电网发展规划，该规划方案从山西地方电力股份有限公司供电区电源、电网以及区域经济发展的实际出发，提出了增加电源布点、优化网络结构、深化农网改造、升级电网容量的整体规划思路，并论述了实施发展规划的具体措施和对策建议。本论文的创新点在于，从理论与实际相结合的角度，在对山西地电公司供电区电力产业进行科学预测的基础上，提出了公司未来五年的发展规划，并提出了可操作化的建议。希望该项研究对提高山西地电公司决策的科学性，提高公司效益，促进地方经济发展有所帮助。本文全文共分七章：第一章是绪论部分，内容包括选题背景与选题意义、研究思路与研究方法、研究内容与研究框架三节内容；第二章是相关理论及政策依据，内容涉及区域经济发展理论、市场调查与预测理论，以及相关政策依据三部分内容；第三章是供电区经济发展现状及目标；第四章是供电区电网发展规划依据与原则；第五章是供电区电网规划；第六章是供电区电网建设的实施建议；第七章是本文的结论部分。
