中文摘要:我国民营企业文化建设有其内在优势,如传统家文化的有利影响、更强调以人为本、企业主更具有冒险和创新精神等,同时,宽松的政治环境、有利的经济条件、良好的文化土壤为其提供了各种外部机会。但在当前民营企业文化建设的具体实践中,也出现了企业文化建设注重形式,忽视内涵、企业文化缺乏特色、企业文化建设与制度建设相脱节、民营企业家素质不高等一系列问题,全球化带来的价值观上的冲击和家族制的弊病也使其面临各种外部风险。如何营造一个和谐共赢的企业环境,增强企业文化功能性,紧随社会的进步及时引入与时俱进的新文化概念,建立新的符合中国民营企业特征的企业文化体系,成为当前束缚我国名营企业发展壮大的瓶颈。21世纪的企业竞争将更突出在企业文化力的竞争上,企业文化已成为新经济时代企业竞争取胜的重要因素。随着全球范围对企业责任和企业伦理的极大关注,企业将在最基本的盈利为目的的组织活动中增添新的元素,以谋求企业符合世界范围对企业提出的新要求,并为了能够发展壮大企业而不断完善自己。随着我国社会主义和谐社会建设阶段性的进入,企业文化建设深受社会主义和谐社会文化大环境的影响。以爱心为基础的企业文化应时孕育而生,基于爱心的企业文化将会逐渐成为推动企业发展和营造和谐社会的重要元素,将会最大限度的满足社会对企业提出的新要求,她将会把企业和社会带入一个更人本更和谐的新时代。本文根据民营企业在我国现阶段经济结构中的重要地位,论证我国民企基于企业文化研究的必要性;确立我国民营企业中企业文化研究的重要性;通过对我国民营企业的分析,结合企业文化的特性,总结出现阶段我国民营企业中企业文化建设存在的问题,结合民营经济和企业文化的各自特点,给出我国民营企业基于爱心企业文化概念及具体结构;从基于爱心企业文化的原则、意义进行必要和充分的分析,并给出了民营企业基于爱心企业文化内容,并总结了基于爱心企业文化对民营企业的推动作用;对SM置业公司进行了必要的介绍,将讨论的基于爱心企业文化运用到实际工作中,通过跟踪实际的效果,证明之前确立的企业文化的有效性和推动作用。 
英文摘要:The building of Chinese private enterprises culture has inner advantages, such as the impact of traditional family concept, the focus of taking people as the foremost, and the spirits of adventure and innovation. At the same time, the comfortable political environment, the favorable economic condition and the profound cultural background also provide enough external opportunities. However, in the current practice of private enterprises cultural construction, series of problems turned up. Some enterprises paid too much attention to the form without the connotation; some were short of specialty; some cultural construction couldn’t match the system construction and some private entrepreneur didn’t have high level of cultural quality, meanwhile because of globalization, private enterprises were facing all kinds of external risks like impact on view of value and the weakness of the family system. So it has became a bottleneck to limit the continuous development of current Chinese famous private enterprises, which is how to establish a harmonious enterprise environment to enhance the cultural functional level, step and step, advance with time to bring new cultural concept, in order to establish a new enterprise cultural system according with the characteristics of Chinese private enterprise. In 21st century the contest will emphasize the competitive edge, and the enterprises culture had became one of the most important factors to outstand in the new economic age. From global perspective, the responsibility and ethic have been focused too much. There will be a new factor which will meet the new request worldwide in order to develop and improve the enterprises, in the process of organizations based on benefits. As a new step for Chinese harmonious socialist society, enterprises cultural construction has been deep influenced by the social environment. So a new enterprise culture which is based on love shows up. This new kind of culture will not only help the development of the enterprises and establish a harmonious society finally, but also meet the standard by the greatest degree from the society to the enterprises. It will bring the enterprises and society to a much more people foremost and harmonious stage. The paper analyzes the necessity of the study on enterprises culture, based on the important role taken by the private enterprises in the current Chinese economic structure, which emphasizes the importance of the culture in the Chinese private enterprises. According to the analysis of the private enterprises combined with cultural specialty, the paper concludes the current problems in the development of cultural construction, depending on respective advantages of private economy and enterprises culture, to form a love oriented enterprises cultural concept and structure. It also mentions the detailed cultural content and sum up the influence to the private enterprises. It has been through both sufficient and necessary analysis based on the cultural principle and meaning. The example of SM Property Co. takes the theory into the actual practice, whose final effect will prove the efficiency and pushing effect by setting enterprises culture.
